​Today’s challenge pushed the boundaries of my cooking capabilities and I wish I could say each dish was executed perfectly… To add even more pressure, our taste tester was a true steak legend who doesn’t hold back when it comes to critiquing food. Amazing video max! Also im pretty sure the reason the ice cream machine didnt work is because there was slightly too much alcohol in the base, adding alcohol to liquid can dramatically lower the temperature it freezes
