The Netherlands - the heaven for cyclist. The only place when you can ride thru whole country on bike lanes :) I was only 3 days in Amsterdam on 2019 but it was amazing experience for cyclist. i was in Warsaw on 2019, and I think exactly same as you, it was an amazing experience for me, not Amsterdam but Warsaw of course. I wish we had the oppurtunities you have there (bike lanes, respect for cyclists, rental system etc) in my hometown, Ankara :)

Fantastic video Jasper, really enjoyed watching it. Too bad I couldn't join you. Maybe next time! When I did my 320km this summer I noticed that my heart rate dropped after about 200km, I was putting down more power and I was feeling better every minute. Your body gets accustomed to putting out that power, and at the same time doing it as efficiently as possible I reckon. Great sensation.
