You can expand the life of this paint by putting the can in the fridge. Low temperature will be slowing cure time and you can still use it after the 48h mark.

I'm happy to see a repair video! I typically have to repair my cosplays after every con so that wear and tear doesn't build up. It's usually just small paint blemishes, but I'd rather take care of it before it becomes a huge problem.

We end up doing tiny repairs at every convention, especially things that get worn a lot like my Ghostbusters stuff. It required permanent upkeep.

Man, I was a thematic artist for years. I've laid down miles and miles of that blue tape. And I still have my tape-gun! You could cut steak with that serrated edge.

@punishedprops wish I had documented a project I did a while back, fix one thing ruined another, rinse and repeat wound up throwing it out in frustration and almost dropping the hobby. Would have been good to look back on and notice all the stuff I've learned to do differently

Yeah, that 2K clear coat is expensive. You have to use it fast before it becomes a paper weight.
