False. Read _Catching Fire_ by Richard Wrangham. Absolutely the best examination of the origins of the human species, via the changes to our nervous systems, metabolism, and resulting behaviors. Anthropology, archaeology, biochemistry, sociology. Best book I've read on the underlying and origin science of nutrition... though it's not meant to be a nutrition book.

I love this so much and love how you’ll have meat free days! Definitely my favorites video. I have been vegan 🌱😉 for almost 5 years and have notice the amazing decrease of inflammation how I feel and muscle recovery; something essential for me as I reach my 50s. Completing my first trifecta Spartan races this year; CrossFit has been mostly my training regimen for Spartan so eating plant-based has been wonderful for me. I never judge how people eat but love to encourage eating more plants. You’re the best and love the encouragement you give me as well. ❤️

@@Alexandra-mj9ch I have. But I have also seen people that have gained weight, had stomach pain all the time that are vegan. Allot of artificial meat alternatives have lot of BS unnatural oils and such in them. You also have to remember that Tia-Clair isn't a normal person with her training load so she can get a way with more then the average person. A lot of vegans eat a absolute ton of sugar. My cousin has been vegan for decade and I do not consider her thin it healthy. I do intermittent fasting which works very well for me. For now I'm trying to get to two days a week that are vegan.
@VibrantBeauty12123 жыл бұрын
Jason Gorman EXACTLY! People don’t understand that even though they’re alternatives they’re still heavily processed… “better” doesn’t always mean good. The way they’re doing it is a very basic vegan approach. When you learn how to be truly creative with your meals, and learn how to manipulate ordinary fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains to make REALLY delicious and nutritious meals THEN you’ve REALLY got the ticket! But that requires creativity and better than average food knowledge.

Vegan for the better part of 3 decades - and I've done it all! I have found the most consistent energy & well-being - physical and emotional - on a vegan diet. Many people give up on it due to GI troubles, loss of energy, and loss of options. Don't increase raw foods/legumes too much to start = Bloat! If you eat soy, keep it non-processed. Vegan processed foods should be a treat & not a main source of cals. Make sure you are taking a well-balanced vegan vit/min supplement. And experiment! There is NO shortage of vegan food to enjoy every day:) AWESOME stuff James, Tia & Shane!

Eating vegan doesn't mean a lot of weird ingredients, you don't have to. But for a lot, it's helpful when transitioning so as to still find the "taste" of what they used to eat before. My bf is vegan, I just use a lot of flavourful spices that are common in Indian cuisine, nothing weird. We just eat loads of veggies and fruits. As for beyond meat, etc.. we don't really eat those but sometimes we'll indulge a bit. Processed food exists in vegan as well as non vegan food.

It may be an option she's exploring for a day here and there during the off season. Simply a video they had in the vault to stay connected with fans while on a poste games break. Just saying!!
