I started back about a year ago when I first started watching Chris & now I can do 50 pull-ups within a 10-minute time frame. Of course, I don't stay on that routine, normally, on Saturday I do anywhere from 70 to 100 throughout the day. This keeps you from getting hurt. Training is important but staying safe is as well. Note: the longer you do pull-ups, the stronger the middle of your back will get. Doesn't seem like it would but fast up & slow down & the middle of your back will be the strongest point.

Yo Chris, wanted to express my mad love for everything you do. A few months ago, I could only hold a plank less than a minute and do about 6 or 7 sloppy pushups. But thanks to you, I am getting my six-pack and I did my first few perfect pull-ups yesterday! Thank you so much for inspiring me to become a better version of myself, but my journey isn’t over yet and I’m going to keep pushing with you!

Hey. How are you doing now ?
@jadenxchino7254 Жыл бұрын
Hey@@thehaalandbrothers3581, doing good man. I've been on and off with my training the past couple years because of college getting more difficult, but last time I maxed out on pull-ups a few months ago (I think October), I got up to 8 complete reps. I had to change my program and diet a few times and finally got a good hold on it this year especially, which is where I saw the most growth yet. Once I started prioritizing pull-ups as my main back movement earlier this year, my numbers went from 4 to 8 in about 2 months. Gonna chill for the rest of Winter Break and then hop back on the wagon come January.
