I was born with one hand, and faced so much adversity growing up. I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to take care of myself as a man and my family. I was denied my childhood dream of going to the military. Watching this page give out knowledge and showing us it’s possible through your channel continues to inspire and motivate me to be the best version of myself and to stay focused on my bodybuild journey with my one hand handicap. I wanna say I thank you for being that inspiration. Much Respect ✊🏾

chris, you’re my idol. you’ve taught me everything from when i first started all the way until now. i struggled to even do a push up when i first started calisthenics which was back in 2019, and i never properly trained until earlier this year. before i started training, i started getting chubby and had like no strength whatsoever, and was even made fun of in school for my push up form lol. i can now almost hold a handstand, do handstand push ups against the wall, hold a perfect advanced tuck planche, do 3 finger push ups, and much more in like 7 months time. i hope to be a calisthenics champion in the future and it’ll be mostly off of your legacy. i’m 13 turning 14 on the 9th of december and i have long ways to go but already have a huge head start because of you. thanks bro, keep changing peoples lives. you’re a legend ❤️

A great way to increase your pull up max is to do pull ups 1, then drop, then 2, then drop, then 3, etc. 1-10-1. Up to 10 and then back down to 0. Keep rest as short as you can while still finishing each set.

Hey, Chris! 🤘 Thank you for your all your vids! I've been subscribed for a while! Been watching a lot of your videos! I used to do a lot of exercise training the way you do! And when I learned, I had to learn from "scratch"! Almost literally! But I learned on my own, and I did pretty good! But I really like the way you twist things up on your exercising! It really makes sense! You make exercising very inspiring! I used to be "almost", as in shape as you! Lol! 🤘 In exercising and such when I was younger and married! But... I lost my way for a long time, and am now ready and looking for the best way to get back into shape again! Even though I am older now, I still have the will and steadfast mindset as I did before! And now, I am ready in this point in my life to commit, as I did when I was younger! 👍Hope to see you soon, when I am in better shape! Thanks again! Aloha! 🤘
