@@Pau1ll Cellular Function: Water is essential for the proper functioning of cells, including skin cells. Cells require water to carry out metabolic processes, regulate temperature, and maintain structural integrity. Skin cells, like all cells in the body, are primarily composed of water. Proper hydration ensures that these cells function optimally, contributing to healthy skin. Collagen Production: Collagen is a protein that provides structural support to the skin. It helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness. Dehydration can lead to a decrease in collagen production. This reduction in collagen can contribute to the development of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Skin Barrier Function: The outermost layer of the skin, the stratum corneum, acts as a barrier to prevent water loss and protect against environmental factors. Adequate hydration helps maintain the integrity of the skin barrier. A compromised barrier can lead to dryness, redness, and an increased susceptibility to irritants and infections. Oil Production: Dehydrated skin may trigger an overproduction of sebum (skin oil) as the skin tries to compensate for the lack of moisture. This excess oil can contribute to acne and other skin issues. Proper hydration helps balance oil production and promotes a healthier complexion. Inflammation and Irritation: Dehydrated skin is more prone to inflammation and irritation. It can exacerbate conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Water helps cool the body, reducing the risk of overheating and inflammation. Wound Healing: Hydration plays a crucial role in the body's ability to repair and regenerate tissues, including the skin. Well-hydrated skin is better equipped to heal from injuries, cuts, or abrasions. Toxin Elimination: Water is vital for the elimination of toxins from the body through processes like sweating and urination. When the body is properly hydrated, it can efficiently remove waste products, contributing to clearer and healthier skin. Blood Circulation: Adequate hydration supports proper blood circulation. Good blood flow ensures that skin cells receive essential nutrients and oxygen. Improved circulation can contribute to a more vibrant and even skin tone.

My girlfriend and i had this talk about jawlines and so on, cause she is for a girl, haing a really nice defined jaw. And when i told her about mewing, she said so simply "wait, but this is where the tongue coes natually, there is no other place that the tongue can even fit normwlly in the mouth". So guys as you can understand, she has been, without knowining it, mewing all her life. I was shocked, and this made me follow mewing.

I think the biggest change was indeed "the vibe". In the before you look anxious and after you look calm and even content. The other big change was the improved head posture. And I kid you not I didn't think that mewing helps, but I can clearly see the rearrangements that it did to your face in only 30 days 🤯

As a WFPB diet follower, I eat alot of carotenoid foods, my skin has a light brown hue to it as a result. I also eat a lot of lutein based foods, helps keep the skin supple. It is also easy to maintain fat due to high amounts of fiber while still hitting high protein targets. Recommend it if your genuinely interested in looking after your skin/hair and body etc.

That's some serious dedication right there. I don't know how realistic it would be for someone to actually do all this every day long-term. But some results are visible, especially the eyebrows and the teeth. But the thing is, those are probably the easiest protocols that you did in this experiment. I'd be lying if I said i noticed a skin tone difference, but maybe in real life it's more noticeable. As far as tanning goes, if you want a tan, what has worked for me is tanning quite heavily in the summer (or whenever you get a lot of sun in your area), and then, as the weather gets colder, still try and get some sun exposure to the skin when weather permits. It's almost December now and I still have a tan on my skin, despite only exposing my skin to the sun once every couple of weeks since September. So that might be something to apply, but obviously not for people in really cold climates.
@FringeWizard2
@FringeWizard2 6 ай бұрын
I like being pale and white, only reason I ever try tanning is to kill acne, I noticed that where I get sun I have less problems with acne, so I made more of an effort this year during the warmer months to try and get tanned including swimming outdoors a lot not because I wanted to tan but because it seems to sterilize and clean up all the acne and skin problems.

I have noticed it junior year that my hair is going back a bit, and always had it out of side out of mine type beat. This video showed that I really should just pick it up and try it out. Plus using some sort of skin care and shower filter because I have heard that hard water gives you acene. I am out of puberty's so I am Definity invested in a shower filter. Also about tanning I struggle with it since I only have the summer to tan since I live in a very cold state which usually stays colder a bit longer. I am gonna try what you did in the video but if anyone else does something different or knows other routines that will work lmk. Edit: My family and I tan easily just that I haven't done it in a while because I never really cared until recently

Add more carrots. Just make it a habit to put in some baby carrots throughout the day. I've noticed my skin complexion has changed because of it, I prefer fresh carrots over canned, I'm not sure if it makes much of a difference but I have a feeling it does. For hair you can derma roll, and derma press, be sure to clean these with alcohol before using them. This helps both the collagen in the face, and the proper bloodflow for hair growth. Derma rolling, and rosemary/mint oil will be helpful for sure. Also be sure to get the proper vitamins and nutrients that you need, plus vitamins like biotin which are important for hair growth. On top of this consider red light which helps hair growth. Massaging your scalp with a silicon brush to get blood flow helps as well. If you did all of this I'm sure you would see the benefits, How much or how little may be up to genetics but these are some simple things you can add to your routine. Hope this helps.

See a dermatologist and ask about finasteride. Rosemary oil just helps increase hair density but won’t magically cause new hairs to sprout, it just encourages the existing ones to sprout and stuff. Finasteride actively fights against one of the common causes of balding. Even if you used minoxidil (way better than rosemary oil) you’d only have the results for a few more years as your hairline gradually got pushed back. You need to address the cause of your receding hairline, not cover it up. As for the tanning thing, don’t. This again is short-term and will significantly age your skin. Genuinely the biggest cause of visible skin aging is uv rays and tanning is due to uv damage. All tanning is bad. If you want to look good when you are 40 or older use sunscreen daily and reapply every 2 hours. I swear being pale isn’t bad. Lastly, skin care is massive. Definitely take that up. If you have acne I can give you a routine that’d help clear it up, otherwise make sure you use a cleanser, don’t over exfoliate, avoid harsh products/ingredients, use a moisturizer, etc.

 @jacksonh2083 I can't remember the name of it but it is a pill that blocks the "Dht" gene. Also Keeps has finasteride pills so I could go to them also I am 20 btw and half my family are very tan with no skin cancer we all eat quite good not perfect we do have some cheat meals. I have heard that the sun actually doesn't cause it from what I read it was diet and the sunscreen. I know the thing that is suppose to protect us I can say I am not too sure about the sunscreen thing but you never know. I am gonna get a skin moisturizer since I get very oily skin. Edit: I personally don't like looking pale, also not saying I wanna be super tan that it looks unhealthily too.

Hey man i have been using mielles hair growth oil for my hair and i have noticed a significant improvement in the amount of hair on my head. It has been 6 months and its a noticeable change. I have done this daily for that amount of time: massaging it into my scalp with a silicone massager and then showering it off the next day. It has been life changing. You must try it

Reducing your salt intake and upping your potassium intake so that you are consuming 2 x as much potassium as sodium will help you relax more too. That is a healthy balance, whereas many people are consuming about 2x salt and 1x potassium.

High maintenance self-care becomes a necessity after the age of 50! Lol but seriously, a lot of what you’re doing here is and can be definitely a full-time job. I found ways to simplify a lot of it, one thing that comes to mind is the MSM… Taking that stuff internally will show results very quickly for your skin hair and bones. also, salicylic acid 5 to 10% topical pure, is absolutely excellent to make your skin look like it has no pores at all! rosewater toner also pure, super simple and really effective.:-)… Keep up the good work, nice results!

Lol careful with 5-10% Salicylic acid, that ish is strong! I have to build up over several months even using a 2% salicylic acid face wash as someone with oily acne-prone skin. People's skin types are different and can tolerate different things, but maintaining the skin barrier is also important, overexfoliation will blow your face up with redness and irritation and render your skincare routine counterproductive until you restore the skin barrier

Things that helped my jaw line: - genetics - actually chewing - red meat - plain mastic gum that my grandma loved and constantly gave me to chew that I still chew to this day since... I just like it (and it wrecks your jaw muscles in a good way), my advice is to go for mastic gum instead of jawzer that taxes your teeth in not good way. I don't have the bulging side bones since this is the way my bone in my skull is (genetics), but I have the defined 90 degree line

in mewing you should press primarly the back of your tongue, close to the throat, then it'll activate the right facial muscles. Also, pressing the frontal part of the tongue close to the teeth might bring bad side effects to your dental structure.

Mewing is a myth. It sucks but it’s a waste of time/effort. Genuinely doctors use palate expanders and those are like mewing perfected and it doesn’t cause the changes y’all believe your tongue will. Eat healthy, stay hydrated and exercise, there isn’t much else you can do to improve your jawline tho. Some people just have naturally puffy faces, or bad jawlines and cheek bones, etc. this is about maximizing how good you can look despite all of this, but you won’t be like some model at the end of all of this.
