Shopping at Aldi and noticed the prices are increasing here too! Noticing a shortage of certain canned goods, fresh produce, meat & more!

I have and a lot of items were missing. The Aldi finds were so low and bare. One aisle had only snacks. Lettuce was gone and the freezers in the middle were almost empty. West MI

CA checking in. I skipped grocery shopping this week. I still had veggies, milk, etc. I made some French bread rolls, I am trying to be mindful of not over spending out of habit.

You know where I am Shanna, Tornado Alley Missouri ! 😂 Hey Girl, I just came across story about Aldi announcing that they will be lowering prices this summer. I posted yesterday on my Community Tab. Oh yeah, Walmart in our Aurora location , lowered 60 count Eggs from $12, down to $10 today ! Woohoo !!

@@momentswithusprepping Shanna , do you change your locations on the Walmart app and check prices at different WM Stores in your area ? I do that alot ! If, I can get a better deal on eggs or meats at a bulk rate, I will drive the extra 20-30 miles and stock up. Temporarily living with hubby’s daughter and 2 kids, we have 2 side by side fridges ( mine and her’s ) and, my stand up freezer. Don’t forget about Dollar General’s Clearance Event tomorrow , Saturday and Sunday ! Time to stock up on household items !!

Our prices here in Alaska have all gone up, even at Costco! I haven't cruised through a Walmart in a while and I'm thinking about it just to see and share 😉

@@momentswithusprepping I'm broke broke right now, like should've been on unemployment and food stamps months ago broke. Hanging on by a thread until work starts up. It's my fault and we should've planned better. Thankfully the wifes doing Instacart and door dash. 🙏

Those little peppers are great and not expensive at all here at my Publix stores they cost 4 bucks i always buy them fill them with ground beef onions spice them up stick them in tomato sauce bake them over cheddar mashed potato’s oh yes good dinner . Plus keep the seeds and replant them

I used to live in CA, Aldi used to carried good stuff without GMO, the last time I went to visit in December 2023 their stuff changed. A lot of GMO, I’m guessing is the stuff with GMO cost less? Also, when you have time go to Sam next time!!! 80% of their stuff contain GMO. Even their bakery have GMO. 😅
