My wife thinks I'm full of shit and lying. I feel like I'm dying a little bit every day for last 11 months. The psychiatrist has no clue just trying to get me off Xanax? I was a triathlete and marathoner ..great physical condition. Then I started working 80-hour weeks. All down hill from 2006 to today's issues. Barley making it day to day. There is no where to turn. Same work, boss issues, lies pressure... Depression anxiety suicidal ideation mass insomnia. Stress. I'm lost..

Something it took me a long time to learn. It was not until I looked at the physics behind TMS that I understood it for what it was. All the doc's all the researchers have failed to simply look at the physics of it. I find it very disenchanting that pure and simple physics can tell you something is very dangerous and impossibly effective and the whole of medical science can overlook it and continue with a treatment anyways.

@@kwarpek1484 For me, it was tinnitus, worsening depression, EXTREME anxiety/panic/rage attacks, electrical jolts/bugs crawling on my skin, insomnia, rapid heart rate, tooth pain, and the sensation of feeling my teeth (24/7 for years). I couldn't read for over a year, the loss of words when talking (it felt like I was getting dementia, it was that bad), and my brain felt swollen for about a year after TMS. Also, extreme migraines, brain fog, and I began disassociating all the time. The first full year I called myself the walking dead as my brain felt swollen in my skull and my teeth felt like rocks in my mouth. My treatment was in September 2017, now, in January 2024 I'm almost recovered but I'm still dealing with exaggerated anxiety/FFF responses. I've learned how to manage it so I don't have panic attacks as often. I was originally been diagnosed with clinical depression and generalized anxiety. Before TMS, I didn't disassociate or have panic attacks or any of the other side effects listed above. I feel lucky to have survived. TMS was hell for me. In 2019 I changed my diet to low-carb, whole food, no sugar, no ultra-processed foods and it's reduced my depression quite a bit. Wishing you the best as you look for your answers.

Thank you for a great interview and hats off to James for articulating his experience ...I wish him well. I accelerated my recovery from a severe blow to my head a few years ago by taking a liposomal form of vitamin c, in additivity to magnesium threonate, which is known to help the brain to recover from trauma. Prior to taking these, I had been experiencing 'power surges' in my head throughout each day as if my brain was trying g to re-calibrate itself. These stopped after I started taking the liposomal itamin c and magnesium threonate, which crosses the blood brain barrier. I believe these helped my brain to heal ...I have no symptoms now.

Thankyou James for sharing your story. It's uncanny how similar all of our experiences are, even the trajectory, for people with injuries from meds or other treatments. It genuinely feels like we are all being used as Guinea pigs for a darker force? I was interested when James mentioned while in his treatment the feeling he was getting he couldn't explain? We seem to forget we are not just flesh and bone humans? We are electromagnetic, spiritual beings, that has been proven scientifically for those who doubt. I genuinely believe when we use these meds/ treatments there's not just psychological/ physical symptoms taking place? We are messing with ourselves energetically and spiritually also in a way we can never comprehend? I have certainly felt this on many occasions of experiencing akanesia? Sending best wishes for your recovery James.
@kareendeveraux1847 Жыл бұрын
Yes, we are guinea pigs and we always have been. Ducked over by the people in power, religions, industry. With the pharmaceutical "medications" under the guise of "help", it's just not as obvious as it was earlier in human history. Media, governments, food industry, health system, all are scheming against humanity. And then children as well as adults have brain fog and are confused and get diagnosed with adhd and off they go down the psychiatric slippery slope.
@unshadowedthoughtpodcast6896 Жыл бұрын
I could not agree more about our injuries, I actually stopped referring to them as Drug injury or electrical injury, but rather CNS agitation. I learned about this before, during and after my fast while looking at the CFS community. I realized their symptoms were also virtually identical and they were outlining a lot of ways to overcome the things they are dealing with, including fasting. When i took a deep dive into what they were dealing with, i saw it was an exact reflection of what we were dealing with. A family member had Viral meningitis and then subsequent CFS, and after some long talks, their injury was also identical to my TMS injury. This is not a coincidence. Awhile back I saw that drug injury and electrical injury form ECT and TMS had far more in common than different, and so over time I have seen all of this as the manifestation of harm and agitation to the CNS, which is in charge of regulating the entire body, so it is not even the damage that is the problem. The central problem is that the system that regulates itself has to also heal itself and once it is off balance and it cannot regulate healing or homeostasis, the injury endures - not because it cant be healed but because the healing mechanism is disabled. And so we see the same symptoms across all these groups with CNS harms. From what I have learned the brain is electro-chemical, scientists cannot even determine if the brain is either electrical or chemical, so they say it is both. The electrical fields and the chemical compositions that cross the blood brain barrier have the same impacts to what we experience as a result. Either one can do just as much mischief. There is a tremendous amount of evidence for this. Thank you for the kindness.

@@unshadowedthoughtpodcast6896 thankyou for the response. I learned so much from your interview, I could have listened to yourself and Josef for hours ( well it was🤣 but so much more) please return James because you re a bundle of knowledge and as Josef said you are more than likely the most knowledgeable with regards to t.m.s and head injury. The worrying thing however, that grates away at me James, is that, although we tell ourselves all of these medics are just not trained adequately, or even the pharmaceutical companies themselves are aware of such horrendous long term injuries, I believe many of them do in fact know the possible side effects of these drugs. But of course, to acknowledge would be to take responsibility for damage done? It's just unforgivable. Something else i thought you might find interesting? I ve been on Reddit researching the possible "benefits" of mushrooms/ psychedelic s. On looking into this, I in fact came across a group of thousands who were sharing their stories of horrendous side effects, allegedly caused by Lions Mane mushrooms? I kid you not James, the symptoms these people are describing are as good as identical to those experienced by yourself, and those who have been damaged chemically ? Considering there is a similar push for the use of mushrooms/ psychedelic s as there was for s.s.r.i s in the 80 s/ 90 s, this is a very worrying, but not surprising scenario. One of the ladies sho shared her story stated she had had her life destroyed by using this mushroom short term. She has been visiting a neurologist, and shared that his opinion was that she was possibly suffering from heavy metal poisoning from the production of the mushrooms( maybe mercury?). It would be interesting to find out if in fact those involved with the production of mushrooms supplements are the same ones involved with pharmaceuticals? It's just incredibly coincidental, too coincidental that many of these" treatments ", in different fields( chemical, electromagnetic/ electrical, supplements)created for the easing of anxiety/ depression symptoms are producing pretty much the same overlapping symptoms, that appear to be taking the same amount of time to resolve themselves, if at all, from the stories I read. Incredibly concerning. Anyway, j just thought you d be interested to know. Best wishes

@unshadowedthoughtpodcast6896 it helped me to learn about what happens in an amygdala hijack Also finding alternative methods of nervous system regulation, like the pressure point inside of the ear that can help with calming the amygdala. Tapping, breath awareness and exercises. Also tracking down, blood testing for nutritional absorption deficiency. There have been great discoveries recently of the presence of healthy bacteria in the brain blood barrier. I believe this communicates with the digestive bacteria that regulates serotonin and many other signals to the brain. So I have been looking into Probiotics helpful for cognitive clarity, memory, and more.
@MajICReiki Жыл бұрын
After an extreme experience with devastating medication injuries and a terrible concussion. Finding no help medically I hit an existential crisis and broke down, and decided to open up to the possibility of the 'spiritual', with no clear idea what that may look like. After that breakdown I ask whatever is out there to help me to guide me to solutions, then after I began running into strangers repeatedly that were Reiki practitioners. It was perplexing to have so many random interactions with this trait in common, not having those experiences meeting people who practiced reiki before. One person a few years earlier, that was all. So I looked into it and found some groups that met in my town and went. One group was large and would pair off reiki workers with guests and do one on one sessions. The other group was smaller and would select one to 3 people who showed up, to work on as a group, one at a time. This group had a profound effect on me when it was my turn. By then I had learned some of it, researched information about chakras, took a class on them, and had become attuned to reiki level 2. When They worked on me some very strange things happened, 6 people placing no more than a few fingers touching the top of my body infront of them around a massage table (appropriately), reiki music played on a CD, and I had some bizarre sensations that are not common to feel during reiki, was significant to me and the trauma withing my electromagnetic field and impacted my TBI noticeably, as I had been stuck for months in cognitive improvement. The days after my memory recall, and functional memory improved dramatically. This was what I was drawn to or guided to do for me. I think the most significant point of that entire experience was hitting a wall, and feeling desperate for answers, unwilling to accept that was the best i would achieve in recovery, recognizing how low I was but that I could feed into hope or stay in despair, and then asking whatever is my higher consciousness, or whatever may exist spiritually for the positive and good, to help with what I was struggling with, and then being open to the odd occurrences of running into one person who learned reiki at the store, another at a park, another at the gas station, another out on a hike, just in small casual friendly exchanges with strangers when out and about. Choosing to be open to it, choosing to go out and see what it was about, then going to a fair in a library parking lot that had reiki venders, wandering about, and seeing the face of one of the girls I went to Jr High with, now also an adult, with her own reiki booth. She had been a part if a friend group at our school that would target me for bullying, "mean girls" that would set other girls up to fight me and beat me up, to be included in their group. No one succeeded joining, but it was an awful time for me. This particular girl had been nicer to me when the others weren't around. I recognized her immediately, selling reiki classes, a single mom, world's apart from where we had been at 13. She recognized me too. We talked for a little bit, told her I had been exploring reiki and had taken a class on reading chakras, had found some reiki groups I was just getting acquainted with going to, and I wandered off to other booths. Later, passing by her booth again, she called me over as she broke down her table and put supplies away. She apologized for participating in that awful bullying group, and was sorry. She offered me 2 reiki attunements at a steep discount. And I accepted. I have learned a lot of other things in the 15 years since and most definitely acknowledge, that I was 'energetically' very injured at that time. Now I help others with reiki and teach it occasionally to those who come to me. I don't advertise for my services. They show up when they are really truly ready, and need help. What I do and how it works isn't easy to explain, except in that I open up to read their energy flow and function, find areas that are blocked or injured, and channel (imagine like a high quality cable) to jump start their chakras, pull out what is not helpful and aid tuning up their flow in multiple areas of their being from physical, to spiritual, and everything in between. I won't share a bunch of experiences, except one. I helped a financial investment business owner get her husband into the Drs to discover malignant testicular cancer, from what I was able to read in her energy. Her energetic body knew something was off in him, specifically in the reproductive organs. We at first thought it was her, but within 2 weeks of that session, her husband was not doing well, and wasn't going to go to the Dr, she was able to convince him to go and they discovered the mass immediately. Since his surgery, treatments, and recovery, They are a very active and healthy, close family. No recurrence of cancer, thankfully. Before this I was very shut off "energetically " and was not spiritual or religious. Highly analytical, and information and evidence based. So what I explored was very outside of the box of my familiar comfort zone. I am still 'Highly analytical, and information and evidence based.' Not super woo woo, though that part if what I do is 😅 Still reading science and medical journals and "real world" stuff, makes more "sense" to me in the practical sense, but I cannot deny the hundreds of experiences I have had working with others, then and since. I have learned there are other cognitive processes, and parts of myself and abilities that I had not been aware of, formally educated in, or using. Call it spiritual, or discovering and training, intuition, or a higher perception awareness, if you'd like. However it needs to be labeled for self, does not consequentially matter. I hope my story helps you, or anyone reading this in some way. Even if it's for a laugh at how bizarre I am for sharing 😂 I accept that! It is weird, and seems less rational. Some times the answers we seek are completely unknown and unfamiliar to us, as long as it does no more harm, being open to the unknown can be daunting or seem completely ridiculous. Had I not set my pride aside to try it, I would never have known this work would help me.

I spent 3 years on the couch, facing the back of it... (I left the house at the most, 10 times in 3 years) I was once an outgoing, adventurous never sat down, productive person, working AT LEAST one job at a time. Travelled, hiked, white water, social, Seriously the happiest person Ive ever met. Then one day it all came to a screeching halt. It was horrible and with zero motivation, zero ambition, extreme fatigue, anhedonia...my world went black, was the best way I could explain it. Severe cognitive and memory loss, I struggled to form a full sentence. Long story short, I fasted for 5 days, water only, along with taking 1 tsp of turpentine for the first 4 days. I got so sick, my temp was over 104°. (Most likely either candida die off, or parasite die off, or both- as the toilet pictures are STILL pretty convincing! ) Anyway, Day 6, (I started off fasting, but later ate ) I woke up feeling INCREDIBLE, like my old self again. I called my daughter and said get the grandddaughters ready, Im coming to see you (she lived an hour and 40 minutes away) and we are going hiking. I couldn't believe it. I wrote to Dr. Jennifer Daniels and told her she saved my life. Fasting is the bodies way of healing itself. I can't reccomend it enough. 😊

Its been 3 years since that fast...I began taking Kratom again, (huge mistake, I now know) and slowly began backsliding, cognitively, and losing ambition and motivation, and regaining the fatigue. That feeling of myself again, lasted about 3 weeks, and a month after the fast, I was on a downward spiral again. So, now, 3 years later, having quit kratom for 6 months, I'm not back to myself yet, but getting better...In fact, better than I've been in 6 years, since I crashed, or "got sick" as I usually call it, for lack of a diagnosis. I have fasted again, recently, and lasted 10 days. I DEFINITELY have seen recovery since, Im now going outside every day and working in my garden, abd today Im taking my granddaughters hiking (now they are 7 and 9).....bottom line is I just cannot reccomend fasting enough. It is also biblical, I will add. Used for spiritual healing, as in deliverance from demons, as well as the story of Daniel, who did a type of fast, that resulted in engine noticing how healthy he looked and felt . So, there is that as well. I also cannot reccomend prayi g to The One True God and Creator, because without Him, I know for a fact I would not be here right now. Seek Him, and you WILL find Him. Lay your opi ions and beliefs aside, and just start talking to Him, tell Him you WANT to get to know Him, and start reading The Bible. Your life WILL get better! 😊

It's also been shown to heal many many chronic things I cannot say here, or this will def get removed.

This is excellent! I am 2.5 yrs out from CT an SRRI I was on for 30yrs. Needless to say, I still have very severe symptoms. I am a very introspective person and have recently been trying to untangle when my Akathisia terror and agitation is provoked by my own fears and trauma from this experiment. I am realizing how drastically worse I am when I stay in isolation. I feel pretty awful daily, but when I push myself to go into the office, or the gym to do some form of exercise, or simply hold conversations with people, my symptoms are MUCH lower. While this injury was in no way created by a mental health issue, how I manage my mind in this will absolutely help or hinder my healing.

It's important to note that TMS is pulsed. These are rapid rise time high peak power pulses. That'll basically have an electroporation-like effect, and open up metalloprotein structures like the BBB. The meninges and other regions of the brain are also full of biogenic magnetite and other crystalline structures, which not only rotate and move in phase with the field, they're piezoelectric and induce local currents of their own. Lastly there's free radical generation due to altered radical pair recombination.

I had a professor in grad school who did her post-doc research on the effects of intermittent fasting on depression. Apparently there is some empirical evidence of it benefits. I've had MDD for nearly 30 years, and I can tell you in no uncertain terms that if I had to miss even one meal, I would not be a happy camper! Whenever I have to prep for a colonoscopy I want to cancel my appointment by the end of the day. If you are familiar with the Minnesota Starvation Experiment during WWII, you might question the theory that fasting can ease depression. Bizarre. I have also read that (voluntary) short term sleep deprivation relieves depressive symptoms (temporarily). I also suffer from severe insomnia, and about 10 years ago it got so bad I had a nervous breakdown and tried to end myself, which landed me in a psych ward for 5 days. Spoiler alert: they did nothing to help me. So I don't get this either. These are interesting and provocative research questions, but they won't be getting me to participate in any study that involves fasting or sleep deprivation.

In fact my primary psychiatrist DXd me with agoraphobia and started me on a beta blocker to take so that I could manage to go to TMS. Thankfully - which is so odd to say - my head pain was so severe that the tech had the Dr speak with me and he suggested I might want to see a neurologist. Fortunately a holiday weekend was right around the corner and I decided it was a good time to stop treatment and see if I could get my headache to resolve. It took 4 days of meds, a migraine head cap and sleeping 12hrs a day before the pain subsided and another 2 days before I didn't feel groggy. My last treatment was 7/2/24, just 2 weeks ago and I am not okay.

I dont think we can say medications or TMS is ALL bad because many people are mentally unwell in todays world. Before you went for TMS you were already very anxious ans depressed BUT the way treatment is given to people is practiced wrong. For starters doctors and the people teaching medical school need to check hormone levels like tesosterone, thyroid, b12, etc alot of biological issues before starting a medication or TMS.... also the smart tms clinics out there will first do a functional brain scan and you can see which side of the brain is over active or underactive and adjust the tms machine accordingly. Meanwhile you have people taking half ass guesses with tms saying ahhhh well try stimulating and decelerating activity on this side.... the way medicine is practiced is a joke and half ass no wonder people are not getting better

Hope you don’t mind but I went through something similar and was told I had fibromyalgia and CFS etc. I had a Hashimoto’s diagnosis but they didn’t treat me with enough thyroid hormone so I didn’t get better and instead they told me that I had fibromyalgia, CFS to explain why I still had symptoms (symptoms which also happen to be the exact same symptoms of hypothyroidism!). I managed to get better with a lot more medication and not just enough to be ‘in range’. I didn’t even know I could get better until it happened by chance really so I found a new doctor after that because the old one would’ve still had me in bed all day and night because they kept telling me my thyroid was fine and in range instead of just increasing the dose until I actually felt well. Some people have been successfully treated with thyroid hormone who were originally diagnosed with fibromyalgia which suggests that it might not be a separate condition for some people but rather it is a result of ridiculous thyroid testing ranges which have been far too large for too long which tell people that they don’t have a problem so it must be something else instead. 🙄 Sorry if you’ve heard this before I hope you find a way out soon.

I have epilepsy and the symptoms you're describing sound like how I feel after having an absence siezure. It's a siezure that makes you completely unaware of your surroundings and forget everything that happened during the siezure afterwards. So for example, I was with my husband at the grocery store and according to him started walking away while we were at check out unbenonced to me. After the siezures I am dizzy, nauseous, and may say things that make no sense. I forget what happened before and after the siezure as well. Day to day before getting my siezures under control, I was easy to get dizzy from something like standing up too fast. I still have horrible short term and long term memory loss. I'll forget what I'm doing very easily. Or won't be able to come up with the names of favorite songs, words that are in my vocabulary that I just can't reach, and so on. I'm very curious if they are causing siezures to happen that don't look like what people understand to be a siezure. Not all siezures are Grand Mal, fall to the ground and shake, types of siezures.

Meanwhile the fields of bioelectromagnetics and magnetobiology go back to Mesmer, Galvani, Volta, D'Arsonval, and were certainly well underway by the 1950's. It's actually well established in the literature that treatments like TMS are not broadly inert aside from some highly selective excitation or suppression of activity ina particular region. The body just doesn't work that way, cells are closer to oscillators than discrete units which "communicate through the fabric of chemistry". Organisms respond to alternating fields 10x weaker than the geomagnetic field and there are various sensitizing and downstream effects from exposures of a certian character (those being frequency, intensity, signal pattern in space and time eg physiologically patterned magnetic fields, exposure duration, state of the organism, and orientation relative to field source). Point being, this is all predictable. It's not a mystery. There isn't more work needed. It's done, it was already done a long time ago. We live in a hellscape of amnesia, apathy, and neoteny. I regret having an MRI myself (two of them), but largely for the contrast the second time around. "In cellular aggregates that form tissues of higher animals, cells are separated by narrow fluid channels that take on special importance in signaling from cell to cell. These channels act as windows on the electrochemical world surrounding each cell. Hormones, antibodies, neurotransmitters and chemical cancer promoters, for example, move along them to reach binding sites on cell membrane receptors. These narrow fluid "gutters," typically not more than 150 Å wide, are also preferred pathways for intrinsic and environmental electromagnetic (EM) fields, since they offer a much lower electrical impedance than cell membranes. Although this intercellular space (ICS) forms only about 10 percent of the conducting cross section of typical tissue, it carries at least 90 percent of any imposed or intrinsic current, directing it along cell membrane surfaces. Numerous stranded protein molecules protrude from within the cell into this narrow ICS. Their glycoprotein tips form the glycocalyx, which senses chemical and electrical signals in surrounding fluid. Their highly negatively charged tips form receptor sites for hormones, antibodies, neurotransmitters, and for many metabolic agents, including cancer promoters. These charged terminals form an anatomical substrate for the first detection of weak electrochemical oscillations in pericellular fluid, including field potentials arising in activity of adjacent cells or as tissue components of environmental fields." @unshadowedthoughtpodcast6896 Жыл бұрын
I love this question, I discussed it with Joseph and many others on the fasting topic. I actually drank absolutely nothing but purified water. No electrolytes are needed. The body is actually a marvelous chemist and more amazing than we often give it credit for. It stores everything it needs in its nutrient reserves, even all the electrolytes. I knew this fact going in after reading a lot but I have always been curious about it, until one day I remembered eating fatty parts of meat and how salty it was. It seemed to make sense to me at that moment that that was because fat stores likely hold a lot of electrolytes and other vitamins and minerals. How else would we have survived famine historically? I had blood work done as well and there was no deficiency in my electrolytes, or anything else we tested for.

Yup. The body is a good self-healer, with few exceptions, if we listen to it. Life is fatal, and I’d see a doctor to have a broken bone set rather than (as a non-clinician) trying to set a broken bone so it might heal “well.” Modern medicine has almost nothing to offer - and little understanding of the body, IMO. James, I haven’t fasted 24 days but 15… easy as you say, and I ingested only on one day of the 14 a sprinkle of NaCl (just table salt, no potassium etc). You seem rather thin (apparently lean) and do wonder if you lost a great deal of muscle in the 23 days. I lost a great deal of muscle in my legs, and I’ve never regained that lost muscle (merely from a 14 day fast as a then-athletic person). GOOD ON YOU TO SPEAK OUT.
@unshadowedthoughtpodcast6896 Жыл бұрын
@@SilentRunningRedux I did lose what ended up being a pound for every day of the fast. I did not lose muscle though, at least not that I noticed. I was very slow going and tired in the latter part of the fast and it took me a long time to get my energy back. However as I started working out again and being active, I found that i returned to my full previous strength within a few months. Then i noticed that I was building muscle much better and my energy for working out was much better when I did start getting active again, so at this point I feel much stronger than I did before the fast. So it is my understanding that fasting is the state the body goes into before starvation. and the body burns very little muscle in that state however when it shifts into starvation it burns in upwards of 90 percent muscle for its energy. That is one sign the fast has gone too long, when fatigue turns into exhaustion and there is a marked change in that direction instead of a small decline. Everyone hits these points at different times, for instance the longest fast is over a year. All so incredibly fascinating. Thank you so much for sharing your experience, there is so much to learn from each other.

The amperage in tens treatments is very small and the impact on the body is very low, which is much different than TMS and ECT. It is pretty lame, but you really need to understand the physics of electricity to be able to sort it all out. There are a ton of treatments out there that people are engaging in that are potentially very harmful to the human body, and professionals are taking advantage of the fact people do not understand it. Tens is not one by my estimation but a lot of other emerging electrical treatments are, I see new ones every day. The human body was not really made to interface with electricity in any capacity in my opinion, at least not in any man made capacity.

@@ellemeno0 Electro magnetic fields disperse over very short distances so it seems to me that they would not pose an immediate impact on health so then the question becomes what is the impact of prolonged small exposure, and thats a question that is largely unanswered. I mean my goal is to try and minimize all my exposure but I still have devices and appliances in my house and wifi, but i turn my wifi off at night and try and minimize myself and get out into nature to get breaks from it. Ultimately I would love to live off the grid and have no exposure but its just not practical for the vast majority of us so we do the best we can. Also, if you had severe emf sensitivity you would know about it and your symptoms would be very clear. I have spoken to and listened to people with it and its very overt and they knew pretty quickly what was going on. So if your not having big reactions to these fields your most likely ok, and your free to do the best you can. Electrical devices are harmless if they are off or they do not have a power supply, so if you keep the vehicle off it should be better, they do have a battery that runs very small things even when the car is off so you could disconnect it but thats a pretty big pain and will reset everything in the car every time you do it. The electrical draw when the car is off has to be very low so it does not destroy the battery over time, so it should not be much of a concern. Its unfortunate but we are exposed to a lot of problematic substances and energy fields regularly but the body is very resilient even when it does not feel that was because we are dealing with an injury. I have found it is best to do everything I can to relax and trust my body - which keeps us out of fight or flight where our bodies healing mechanisms are shut off, and trust that things will be ok while also doing my best to avoid exposures. We are human, we can only do so much and that is enough in my book. To answer more directly though, I dont think a hybrid puts off any more intense fields when the car is off, than a strictly internal combustion vehicle. When your driving and its on the field is likely more intense, but the kicker is that you are far enough away that the energy is likely dispersed and will not impact you worse than a regular car, unless you were resting directly on top of the battery or electrical component while it was running.

In my experience depression is nothing more than resentment, bitterness, hatred, etc. that has nowhere to go and comes back on you. Once I actually eliminated my own resentment towards all people, places and things I never become depressed.

Let's be clear here. No one who takes benzodiazepines escapes the Horror, no matter how slow or incrementally they "taper " the drug. Period. You won't die or become disfigured if you do it slowly, but you always will suffer the Severe Distress and Despair, etc. when you completely stop these drugs. They will Never Tell you This, because they don't want to scare you. Believe me. I know. You need to prepare yourself for how severe it will be for probably a great while. Thank me later. Truth.

I have been on Xanax for 40 years. Just lowering the dosage to 2 MG twice a day was hell. My doctor retired and nobody wants to be the prescribing doctor but all said withdrawal will kill me. I am 63 yrs old, terrible anxiety without medication and zero depression. My primary understands and treats me. I have inherent GAD.

TMS is supposed to replace electoshock treatments (the "gold standard" for treating depression. I think both cause brain damage.

I think that he supposed to do counseling… start from counseling and then switch to meds for a short period of time. It is so hard to understand what exactly caused these issues.. but to take TMS definitely was a mistake (
