First of all, thanks for making this video! The topic is super important and as someone who has gone through a pretty rough mental health crisis over the last years and is still very much on the way out I recognized a lot of my own struggles in this, especially the part about going through cycles and avoiding meds. So yeah, glad you're feeling better and glad you're back!
