This atty is doing a stunning job considering his late entry into the case and the shitshow he is having to deal with. Between Jones, who is about as easy to nail down as a lubricated eel in a Teflon condom, the opposing counsel, who is obviously playing for emotion on all sides, and an obviously biased judge who gives lip service to fairness while gagging Jones from saying anything that could be considered exculpatory, he is doing a pretty good job. He has done well to facilitatehis client while bringing attention to the plaintiffs dirty tactics and the judges bias. He is making a good case for an appeal because the court has blocked every method for a substantial defense, and that's his job. I like this guy.

1. At my order of protection hearing, opposing counsel introduced a surprise exhibit which is a falsified series of texts. 2. Judge allowed the exhibit and ruled in favor of opposing counsel. I was ejected from my home for 1 year. 3. For 4 months after the hearing, my counsel asked for the exhibit but was ignored. 4. Opposing counsel finally gave a copy to my counsel. 5. A hearing is now scheduled for sanctions against opposing counsel for (A) violating rules of discovery and (B) ethics violations for not going before the tribunal What will be the outcome of #5 above?

Or it’s very possible she is going above and beyond to be patient in hopes that she eliminates any argument that she was unfair to Jones. This is not a criminal trial. No laws have been broken. No prosecutor is involved. The court that hears this case is not even the same court that would hear a criminal case. So no, no one involved in this case would have anything to do with going after Epstein's clients. The only thing you achieve with your comment is to demonstrate how ignorant, angry and clueless the Jones fanboys are.

What a weak judge. The attorneys don't take her seriously, because her words have no teeth. The constant interruptions are acts of open defiance and disrespect. What she needs to realize is that people don't care what you say. They believe what you do. She needs to take a lesson from Judge Judy. Judge Judy doesn't stutter or apologize when giving orders.
