Ich backe viel aus ihrem Buch ❤hat einen Ehrenplatz in meiner Küche.😊Pfannenbrot bestreue ich immer mit Sesam und Öle die Pfanne und drücke den Teig flach und lasse es gehen .So nimmt das Brot rundum eine schöne Farbe an.😊Wok -Pfanne benutze ich😅

Klasse, mal ne andere Art, Brot zu machen 💕 Kann man das Mehl mit glutenfreiem Mehl tauschen oder wird das dann nichts? Ganz lieben Dank, viele Grüße und meddl 😉

Doch das geht auch. Man muss nur vorsichtiger sein und erst wenden wenn es wirklich oben richtig trocken und fest ist. Gutes Gelingen ❤️
