I made this recipe and mine came out EXACTLY like yours. Loved the way you improvised making a ‘Dutch oven’ with 2 baking trays. And I was so surprised it worked without preheating the trays. I’m just about to make your baguettes - the dough has been sitting for 6 hours and is trying to escape from the confines of its bowl! Thanks so much for showing how easy bread making can be. Love from England. X

Hey, the bread look really tasty, where did you get the trays?
@Food-Language2 ай бұрын
Hi Alexander, I have no idea haha. I get asked about them every day, but they're just two nameless trays that I must have bought at a local kitchen store or supermarket years ago.

Your stackable cooking pans with the alignment dots look like a great idea. I've been looking for them without success on Amazon. If you happen to remember any details, the information would be greatly appreciated. Baking season is just around the corner!

The bread looks perfect. I noticed your expert hand work that made the formation of the dough look very easy! The seeds must be fresh. What type of flour do you use, please? Watching from Canada. Thank you!

Thank you! My flour is unbleached bread flour with 12% protein content.

I love sesame seeds but i never tried black sesame. Is it different? Your bread looks great
@Food-Language2 ай бұрын
They are quite similar, coming from the same plant. Black sesame seeds are crunchier due to their shell, which gives them their distinctive color. If you like one, you're sure to like the other! Thanks ♥

Colorado. If I want to make just one bread instead of six small ones how long would I have to leave it in the oven to baked
@Food-Language2 ай бұрын
You can add 5 minutes for each baking step, so 25 covered and 15 uncovered. For the uncovered part just let it bake until the color is the one you're looking for.
