I don't eat sugar at all! Recipe for quick oatmeal cookies without sugar for breakfast!
Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Almonds 1/2 cup or 50 gr.
grind in a blender.
Hot water 1 glass or 200 ml.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
3-4 dried apricots.
Rinse and dry the dried apricots.
Cut like in the video.
Ginger.
Ginger reduces the risk of stroke.
useful for people with diabetes.
Ginger helps lower cholesterol levels.
Cardamom ¼ tsp.
Olive oil or avocado oil 2 tbsp.
Bake in oven/180°C/360°F/30 minutes.

Recipe 2:
Walnuts 1 cup.
grind in a blender.
2 bananas.
clean and break.
lemon juice.
Beat with a mixer or fork.
some ginger.
Ginger provides a wonderful aroma.
Orange peel.
Do it like in the video.
some cinnamon.
Bake for 35 minutes/190°C/380°F.
after 35 minutes
Cut into cookies like this.
