Cooking recipe and ingredients:
15 ml. (0.5 fl oz) olive oil.
20 ml. (0.7 fl oz) Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
1 pinch of salt.
Cook over low heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) oatmeal.
Mix well.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes.
Mix.
Place the pan back in the oven and bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 8 minutes.
Let the cereal cool down.
Delicious and filling when you eat oatmeal in this form!
Prepare a water bath.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) sugar-free dark chocolate melts.
Add half of the baked oats.
15 gr. (0.5 ounces) dried coconut.
Mix.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold (diameter of one mold is 4 cm).
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
40 gr. (1.4 oz) white chocolate melts.
Add 10 ml. (0.3 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Add remaining oatmeal.
15 gr. (0.5 ounces) pumpkin seeds.
Fry the seeds in a frying pan.
Chop with a knife.
Mix.
30 gr. (1.1 ounces) sugar-free white chocolate.
Melt in a water bath or in the microwave in defrost mode for 25 seconds.
Place the melted chocolate in a piping bag.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, leaving space for the chocolate.
Add white chocolate.
Place dark chocolate hemispheres on top.
Remove excess chocolate.
Place the dessert in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Let's make aromatic tea.
2 tablespoons loose leaf tea.
15 pieces of dried cloves.
Lemon.
Boiling water - 1 liter.
