I don't fry anymore! I learned this pork rib trick from my Spanish grandma!
Recipe and ingredients:
1.2 kg pork ribs.
Remove excess parts.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Make cuts like in the video.
Sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
Rub the meat well with the spices.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 more cloves of garlic.
Rub with spices.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 2-3 hours.
3 potatoes.

1 red pepper.

Mushroom.
1 zucchini.
Cut like in the video.
1 carrot.
Chives.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
Mix well.
Place vegetables in a roasting bag.
Place the bag on a baking sheet.
4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
2 teaspoons grainy mustard.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix well.
Grease the surface with the prepared sauce.
Place the meat in a baking bag.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
