Kapalabhati is a great one for energising! It’s also known as skull-shining breath in English. It’s recommended to avoid when you’re menstruating as it can disrupt the flow. Love the morning practice. I’d love to know if you keep it up when you’re with your partner? Been interested when I see women talking about self care does it get affected when you’re with a significant other. I know I find it harder to prioritise my own practice

thank you for that reminder ❤️ i feel so centered after I do it! I have been keeping it up, even when with my partner - it's probably 15 mins in total from my day so even if I don't get the meditation done in the morning with the breath i'll squeeze it in somewhere but other days if i'm feeling really good i'll skip everything! I think doing whatever you need is most important, some days you may need an hour alone so honor that, with the motivation that it will help you show up better as a partner - or do it together! x
