Hi Ethan, my hubby does use a mirror in the shower to shave occasionally 🤷🏻♀️I don’t have any idea if that’s unusual or not. Instead of having a bidet, they used the toilet as a toilet/bidet. Small bedrooms for such a large home. I wonder if the basement was an apartment. I loved that light fixture in the dining room. Really unusual & pretty. Glad you wore your mask. Take care

I could hear you just fine and glad you did wear the mask in that mold fest house. Couple things I noticed were the mold was less in upstairs bathrooms than the bedrooms and hallway. And the shower in master bathroom looked to have two faucets near the floor? The main kitchen didn't appear to have an oven, had a cook top tho. Fresh doors in an Italian house hehe. And lastly you missed a number of " what's up you guys " in a number if mirrors.

What a beautifully constructed house and I bet it was magnificent in its prime. Love the curved walls and the curved glass in the kitchen cabinets. The brick fireplace in the basement so nice as was the curved fireplace in family room, cool with the curved molding. How in the world does a house get so moldy, not just in the basement but throughout the house?! Isn’t there someway it could be prevented when building? It’s such a shame how the mold destroyed the house. I noticed the houses out the back of this home and how horribly close together they are. I’m sure they were quite expensive but I wouldn’t want to live like that. I would rather have a smaller house on a much larger lot . It’s unfortunate that greed is ruining the landscape. Thanks for sharing this Ethan. So glad you were wearing a mask. Maybe some disposable gloves would be good to have on hand. Take care be well and stay safe.

Wow I really love how much respect you have for abandoned homes. It really shows your appreciation for other people’s memories and former belongings whether they live their or not it’s still holds memories for those families! I’m so glad you are wearing protective gear as well because safety first 🙏🏼, that’s how one of my grandparents ended up with COPD and wasn’t a smoker but he was a coal miner as a young man and as he got into his mid 20’s on up he was a carpenter which I admire because my husband is a carpenter too well he does way more than just home repairs, he has built so many homes from the slab up, also does outdoor home up and down lighting & just started his own business on the 6th of Oct. My husband said that with even half of that much mold it’s not salvageable sadly because it has go be torn down and if they tried to save it they can’t because they would end up tearing them down and only to find out it’s cheaper to tear it down and rebuild. Def is a nice home and as a carpenters wife I can see it as the way it was when they lived there with their either leather furniture, floral or 1 color sofas, beautiful porcelain dishes, Huge Sunday Family Basta night like me and my family have. It’s sad that the city didn’t sell it cheap off the court steps just to keep it going since it’s was a gem but now it’ll be torn down or sit and be an eye sore. Thank you for showing us this beautiful home and your masked narration was perfect 😍*on point* Have a wonderful day & stay healthy, safe and blessed out there. Take care.
