I was the passenger in an SUV yesterday that hit the end of a guardrail head on at 60mph. I was in the trauma center all day/night until I was upgraded. My dog who was in the back hit the windshield and is in the emergency vet. I needed to watch some of these videos to get the accident off of my mind. I am in so much pain. Please, everyone with a dog, get harnesses and seatbelts for them. My dog is 100 lbs and he still was thrown from the back of our SUV. Great video! ❤

Thank you for the prayers and kind messages. I will be putting up a video after the holidays about the accident and how we all are. My sweet dog and my friend who was driving are here with me at home. He had a diabetic drop in sugar and it caused him to pass out while driving. Scary how it takes less than a second for a car to end up hitting something. There was no time to react.

You have taken us on some incredible tours through some beautiful homes, but this one is by far, my very favorite! I LOVE the sunroom off the bedroom/dining rooms. My cat would lose his mind in there-it would be the best catio ever! I wish I could own this home. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that it was going to be demolished. That is gorgeous ! The doors and windows are all about style!! I love oak also, especially the dark stained. Outstanding style in cabinets , fireplace, I can’t stand how people can destroy such quality and attention to detail! 😢 The place has a great vibe!

You are correct. This house is incredible. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to outbid and keep this treasure of a home alive. I would keep most everything as is, though a bit outdated by some opinions it is still so cool. That fireplace off the kitchen gorgeous. I imagine that area was the heart of the home, a great place to gather family and friends. Love that sunroom! What a great private lot. Makes me angry and sad. Wish I had the means to beat some of these developers at their own game. I wish I were on a zoning board and able to deny permits that include needless and wasteful destruction. I love the way you are so respectful of these properties, Ethan. I am like you, if I turn a light on, I turn it off upon leaving the room. This house is lovely, and I wish it was not going to be torn down. In so many houses, where they have been abandoned and so much is left, I always wish that the family or someone would at least take the clothes, appliances, furniture, and give them to people in need who would be so glad to get them. These items could be of use instead of sitting there, rusting, decaying, and of no use to anyone.

Oh Ethan I know I can’t, but I wish I could take you back to the 70’s! Today is the best time of my life, but I will never forget the 70’s. I have been watching your videos, for a couple of years now. And, have enjoyed your love and passion for what you do. The past videos of homes that could have been easily restored and lived in.......lets me know the fall in line with the rest of society, which is going on right now. In the entry of this home, that is a custom made table with a marble enlay to section off the room. And that clock is an antique. It looks as if someone was taking the time to update the bathrooms. Hi. The reason the Sun Room is so narrow, it wasn't really a Sun Room but a 70's way to Passively heat a house. Very very cool house. 😊

Ethan that was incredible, A self contain party mansion i could see that top part middle section being some sort of a mini chapel/ church to host all the Italian weddings the top right section looked like it could be the place where they held huge banquet. Then the bottom section was like boom the reception dancing floor and indoor entertainment area for the bambinis. Another great find Ethan.

This was a beauty! Obviously meant to be reminiscent of a sprawling Mediterranean villa, in the glass next to the front doors and the angles used in the great room and master bedroom had splashes of American craftsman also in it. Im not sure I've ever seen anything like it in that type of hybrid feel. Funny that it had a full ballroom for entertaining, yet an unfinished area set up perfectly to be a game/billiard room. It seems that the owners entertained on a large scale. I would love to live in a home this interesting. It's a tragedy that it is to be demolished.
