I FAILED 😩 I've Bought too many bags this year!

2024 has been a busy year! I didn't realize how many bags I had bought so far! I went from Celine and Prada all the way to Dooney and Bourke! Clearly I have a problem when it comes to designer bags, thankfully I was able to re-home some of my bags after my live vlog sale. How is your 2024 going? Have you bought more than you expected?

This year I'd love to add more pieces from Hermès like the Birkin size 40, Constance, 24/24 and Bolide. Maybe I'll be bad and get an Hermès Kelly 40! I also recently fell in love with the Chanel Jumbo- so that's kind of a must-have for my collection, along with a Chanel Mini Rectangle and a Chanel Reissue. You're definitely not alone. I have a very large contemporary bag collection. This year, I started dabbling into vintage/vintage-esque Coach bags and vintage Roots bags. My dabble has now resulted in 10+ bags. Handbags are definitely my vice, but I seriously have to stop procuring and start wearing. One thing that helps me feel better is that the majority of my collection is no longer in production. So that's pretty cool. By the way, the Coach Zoe was my first Coach bag! I bought it way back in 2009, and I still wear it! It's a beautiful bag!! Fantastic leather and jacquard quality!! ✌🏾

We all get it and been there. This is a safe space so thank you for being vulnerable in sharing so others do not feel alone with their bag craze! I also think at the end of the day, for those of us that are bag obsessed, we do not know until we try. I think it's great to scratch the itch and get it out of the system so that hopefully overtime we refine to the ultimate grails that we enjoy!

I think it’s great that you have a nice variety of bags that you get to share with this community. Lol! I have that Marc Jacobs bag in quilted leather and it still looks great. It’s wonderful how well it still looks and I do still rock it so congrats to you. You are correct I think I paid over a thousand for mine and what people do not know is that those early Marc Jacob bags were selling for the same prices as the LV’s. And they were very much coveted and sought after…those early bags were considered real lux and not mid lux but most people only know of the current bags with the names on them so kudo’s to you for know about these. This reaffirms that you are a real collector and not following every latest “it” bag any real handbag lover will appreciate as I do. Thanks buddy!

Caleb. I think all the bags are beautiful that Zoey I love it. The bleaker collection is elegant. I have the same problem with bags on my shoulder always slipping off. I can only do crossbody or clutch style. I keep forgetting about the shop goodwill. Ah the devil wears Prada. Excellent movie.

Hey there, Caleb. I love your the Devil Wears Prada Spazzolato Logo Print Framed Bag. I would literally (no really) die! I’ve only bought one wishlist handbag I’ve been wanting for months and it’s a Dooney and Bourke All Weather Saddle Duck bag. I really worried about it being a crossbody bag because I’m a big girl who is 5’ 8” and crossbody bags don’t normally hit right on my frame. But, this one is phenomenal and I have no worries now. I haven’t worn her yet, but I plan to rock her on vacation and quick dinners out. My next big wishlist handbag I want is a Vivienne Westwood Frame Handbag. Probably a leather Granny Frame in black or red. I’m looking forward to seeing what you’re going to unbox next.

OMG! You are my spirit animal!! My dear BF (rip) was 6'4" and I am 5'10" I wore 3-4 inch heels with him, and we'd walk into a restaurant, people would lose their minds! LOL! I just bought my dream bag...the 2005 Takeshi Murakami black LV Speedy 30 in NEAR MINT condition from a pawn shop on the 'bay - authenticated (but girl, I KNEW from the pics). Snagged it for $1000 whilst the others were beat to death! I hope it's not haunted! LOL!! Love your channel!! ...and umm, OK I bought a Dooney Florentine Nano Satchel and a Medium Amelia Florentine...but wait, the Kurt Geiger Kensington, Chanel 19 in Denim.....and an Hermes Officier Birkin 30 in gold togo with tandem, yellow swift stripes/left front and yellow interior/palladium. Look that up, SOOOO chic!!!

Don’t feel bad about your bags…If you can get the bags you want even if you didn’t need them, there is no need to stress about it..LOL..As long as you are happy with your collection you are good. Look at it as you purchased bags that if you didn’t buy when you did then you may not have gotten them again because maybe they wouldn’t be available…You just jumped on it before it was too late.Those bags you got are great bags you managed to get.

I don't think you should be so hard on yourself. Just recently I watched this daytime talk show and this woman and her cousins inherited her grandma's wardrobe. She said her grandma had a four closets. One for each season. In my home I am thinking of turning two bedrooms into Fall/Winter closet and Spring/Summer closet. She said her grandma never threw anything away. I think this year and going forward I am going to be kind to myself. I think sometimes we are made to feel guilty for being our authentic self. I love fashion I am a creative person and it doesn't make me a bad person. People think we should care about things they consider are bigger. Just some thoughts
