I did many 48 hours fasts, many with water + salts. It was like this for me. Last meal 8pm Next day, 6pm play football or go for long hike. Come back home late and tired then sleep, next day, again either play football or hike - back home around 8-9 pm and have my meal. Going for 72 hours, I'd get very bad quality sleep that I couldn't (I am very lean, 6pack guy). Benefits: -The sleep AFTER the meal is sooooo goood and feel refreshed. - Vision improvements (I have blurry vision, and I notice the improvements) Taste improves. Recently a friend told me that fasting enhances all sense perceptions. - better erections, better skin quality. - Feeling overall lighter, like the body feels lighter. I did it many times, around 15 times. It's a good self development thing to do and I would reccomend it. I did also 72 hours dry fasting, but couldn't fall asleep and felt shaky/stress hormones - very good fat loss results tho. Got kinda sick afterwards. For me at 36 hours at times it gets hard, especially if football/hiking sessions were hard (which usually are).

@@hamidman6974 thanks for sharing mate! 😀 I’m definitely going to do more fasts in the future and get more experience with this. Water + salts is something I’ll look into for sure!
