Had I not really needed some help I would’ve told them where to shove their services!!! BUT.. Correct but in this case they were correct he has no right to record in the building they just couldn’t give the correct reason why. After ACLU V alvarez which affirmed your right to record in public that case and a case that wasn’t to the U.S. SUPREME COURT noted you do not have the right to record where there’s is a reasonable expectation of privacy for example a bathroom or an office that sees patients. This is a location that has patients. There would be no right to record in this building.
