If you flick your sticks slower you can slow down kick flips and heel flips. Makes them look better down big gaps. You can angle them up and down as well to bone them or rocket them.

You may have figured this out by now, but grind alignment is basically how easy it is to lock into grinds and stay locked in. All the way up is easiest. All the way down, you have to be way more precise about how you land in the grind. I keep mine halfway. Also, the reason you aren't getting super pinches is because your trucks are too tight. 25% with banking rate (in stats menu) turned all the way down makes grinds look way sicker, while making loose truck turning more managable. Or you can set your front truck looser than your back truck to make turning a little easier as well while still getting pinched crooks. Also pt. II, you can keep reverts on, just adjust the sensitivty so that they only trigger when you want them to, because sometimes you may want to land some flip tricks reverted for style.

I put the biggest truck risers on my board, it brings you off the ground a bit more therefore your trucks can swing more underneath the board itself. Giving you more turn without having to loosen your trucks. Maybe it's a placebo effect and it does nothing to help. I can visually see my turns are sharper than before. Dont have that double tap revert problem much anymore.

Love to see you're starting to enjoy Session, it's a bit of a bummer that Goofy doesn't get the same love as Regular yet, we just gotta be patient i guess. I am sure once you get used to manual catch in Session you'll like that a lot as well, being able to determine which foot you use to catch adds just more freedom of expression. EDIT: Yes, animations are placeholders, and they also want to get Regular right and then just mirror everything for us Goofies, hence some stuff is even more off for us, we can't pop as high (as we're limited to switch pop heights still afaik) etc.

You can do a treflip front foot catch if you flick down diagonally with your front foot. Looks better when skating regular though

The thing about the animations is true the animations are place holders because they haven't done no cap yet but I don't have information about an animation update but Im pretty sure they'll have one

Don’t worry, it was the first thing we told them when the update first released. Until they add that in, just know that each slider is out of 20. Default is usually 10/20.

Aye it's what I've tried to tell people. Yes sessions looks clunkier/more robotic than SXL. But when you get good at it it feels more solid, the gravity is just better. Grind defo are better in Session. And I mean SXL still feels very fluid and fun to play but I think in the long run, Session will be better. Especially if they can smooth out the animations and bailing etc. Flips into stalls are also a lot of fun in Session. But I haven't played din a while because I'm enjoying SXL mutli player.

@garret the goofy/switch animations are currently not finished. You should change your characters stance to regular and check the animations out. They’re not perfect but they are better.
