That feeling of being relax while listening to this means a lot. You’ve found peace in chaos. That’s how I always describe to people when they ask me why I listen to metal. 🖤🖤🖤
@alexbrown44264 жыл бұрын
Strange, I think chaos would signify confusion and complete disorder. Metal is extremely reliant on ordered composition and time signatures Also it takes years and years of ordered practice to build the techniques of these musicians. Metal is the evolution of contemporary classical music. Chaos must exist objectively for it to be chaotic. If chaos is found within the eye of the beholder the question is not of chaos but of lack of comprehension.
@xthundr29834 жыл бұрын
@@alexbrown4426 I don’t think you understood what I meant and it shows....
@alexbrown44264 жыл бұрын
@@xthundr2983 no I understood clearly, im just saying you are incorrect to state metal is chaotic. That is you do not understand chaos in and of itself and have classified it as a means of aggression rather than lack of order. Try again
@xthundr29834 жыл бұрын
@@alexbrown4426 First of wrong again. Still don’t get the point. Second ,when did I classified it as “aggressive and lack of order” ?. 🤦🏻♂️ Let me explain before you butcher this more than you already have. “Found peace in chaos” What’s metal to the non-metal listeners ? (Keep in mind A.H was a hip hop head who’s now into metal) = chaos (noise, loud, to hard to follow/understand, dark). Now he feels Relaxed while listening to a song like this “something he never experienced before” something he probably would’ve considered as “too chaotic” to listen to before he got into metal and got a basic understanding of it. Relaxed=peace (present time) Chaos (past) = how he probably thought of it before he got into it. Everyone that I know that got into metal after years/decades of ignoring it because it was “too loud, too much noise, too chaotic, satanic music, etc” now that they’re into it they always say the same thing to me. “Dude I feel at peace/relaxed/happy with this song/album/band every time I listen to it/them” My answer “you’ve found peace in chaos” what they considered chaotic,loud music is now giving them happiness, peace. Was that so difficult to understand?
@gwildor4 жыл бұрын
You are both correct. Finding peace in the chaos is accepting that disorder is part of nature, and our nature. Nothing to fear.

Today you have opened a door that cannot be closed. In the words of Megadeth, Gojira is a Symphony of Destruction. Their riffs are destructive, their drums are powerful and presisce, the vocals are perfectly abrasive. There's just a certain sound that Gojira has that is hard to describe, but so good. Listening to their music is like watching an earthquake swallow a whole city, it's catastrophic, yet beautiful. Gojira's music is excessively heavy and angry, but in just the perfect way. Discovering Gojira for the first time made me have the same reaction where I actually felt relaxed listening to death metal, it’s a strange but wonderful feeling lol

Jesus Christ is coming soon to rapture his people repent and accept him as Lord and savior. KJV John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condem the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God. 1 John 1:8-10 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. John 10:27:30 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one. John 5:22-24 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgement unto the son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Acts 16:30-31 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Titus 3:4-9 But after that the kindness and love of God our savior toward man appeared, Not of works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men. But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Romans 10:9-13 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth in him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the Lord shall be saved. Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 3:23-24 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Romans 5:6-11 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for the righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. Romans 4:5-8 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto the the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also he have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall be made alive. 2 Timothy 1:9-10 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: 1Timothy 1:15-16 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me First Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. John 6:28-40 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not. All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Galatians 3:24-29 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain Mathew 5:16-19 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandant's, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 1 Corinthians 5:1-5 Romans 2:11 Romans 12:2-21 John 1:1-14 1 John 5:7 John 8:54-58 Isaiah 53:5-12 Zechariah 12:8-11 Isaiah 7:14 Titus 2:12-14 2 Peter 3:3-10 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 1 Corinthians 15:51-58 Luke 26-36 Luke 21:25-36 Acts 2:17 Joel 2:28 Amos 3:7 2 Timothy 3:1-7 1 Thessalonians 5:1-28 Revelation 3:10 🙌🕊️🙏🛐❤️✝️

These guys really are on another level, watching them live for the first time at knotfest was truly a religious experience. Joe (the lead singer) puts 100% of his soul into every lyric, so I cannot wait when they return to the US next year with the Deftones. Check out their song "Silvera" next.

Yes Alex!!! That’s what Gojira do. They put you in a trance (at least they do with me). I get completely lost in their music. It’s like therapy. I suffer with a lot of anxiety attacks. The only thing that pulls me through them is listening to Gojira. I focus on their music. The rhythm, and my panic attacks subside.
