IMO cambion conception is literally an S tier item and im so mad that mattman doesnt appreciate it more- it has the pool of 8 babies to spawn and 2 of those are twisted pair and incubus, not to mention succubus and dark bum. It can spawn up to 4 familiars so if you try hard enough, you have 4 chances of 25% to spawn q4 item and if youre lucky enough, you can even spawn both. Though I would like to mention that - You're very likely to get results from on it Lilith, Maggie, T Maggie, Eve, and Samson (due to their tendency to get hit / take self damage / or ability to go sac rooms more often). - Getting it and soon after getting any demon beggar or blood bank will contribute a lot to unlocking familiars from it - Getting Dark Bum, Incubus, or Twisted Pair from it are likely given they make up 3 of the 8 familiars.

This daily was insane. I somehow found a player that plays an insane amount of Isaac (much like myself). We were min-maxing like no tomorrow. We found options and we timed getting both items in boss rooms. We destroyed Hush and clutched up on the lamb when we were low on health. Moral of the story, the Isaac online situation is INSANE. Edit: Forgot to mention that I got Crooked Penny and duplicated the shop like five times.
