This was incredibly helpful. I've been waiting for something like this- the thought process of how to price things based on what you see with app data. Is about 1.5 million sales rank the limit on what you'll do with Amazon FBA?? I don't want to get in a situation where the app says I can make some money.. but there's only one or two sales a year. You get several hundred books like that on Amazon fba and end up holding them for over 6 months.. amazon will destroy you with storage fees. For now, I'm playing it safe... average sales rank under a million or so with decent sales velocity...I could see those storage fees putting some out of business if you are sending in books that just don't sell very often. Anyways, long winded I know.. just interested in what you'll send in...

When you scan are you just looking at the buy box along with the rank and escore to make determination of buying it or not?
