Even though the movies changed definitely changed after Tokyo Drift I still enjoyed watching the fourth and fifth film, personally I still think they’ve should’ve ended the franchise after Fast 5 or Furious 7
@emilsrotgalvis8747 Жыл бұрын
4th film in my opinion is the best one. It is a perfect continuation of the original classic with logical character arcs that are true to them and the surrounding world. Not to mention the plot feels like it has actual weight, and, though with some fantasy action superhero things, everything still feels quite grounded. The opening fuel heist, the Braga tryouts race and the ending desert tunnel chase are just pure hype.

Same 5 and 7 should've stopped
@DareToBeDeviant Жыл бұрын
@@BS_Auto_and_other_BS I concur, though 7 had the graceful sendoff to Brian because of Walker's death, 6 could've been the full stop. The final scene had everyone being pardoned back in Los Angeles, about to tuck in for the cookout, and the camera pans over the city as Roman says a prayer. Fourth movie was just a 'soft' reboot of the entire series which would eventually turn into the physics-defying superhero nonsense we've grown so weary of. Addendum: for that last reason it's why I haven't seen past 8 and even that one took some time getting around to.

I'd argue they should have stopped at the 4th. 5th and later are mostly unrelated, generic action movies that don't need to be in the same franchise as the first four.

Here Title: "Fast and Furious: Full Circle" Opening scene: We see the original characters from the first movie - Brian, Dom, and Mia - in a car garage reminiscing about the old days. Brian mentions how much he misses the adrenaline rush of street racing, and Dom agrees that something is missing from their lives. Plot: The group receives a call from a mysterious figure who claims to have a way to bring back the excitement of street racing. They agree to meet this person and are introduced to a new underground racing circuit. The circuit is run by a young and ambitious racer, who challenges the group to compete against his team of drivers in a series of high-stakes races. As the group competes in the races, they begin to suspect that the young racer is involved in illegal activities and is using the races as a cover-up for his criminal enterprise. Brian and Dom team up to investigate and soon uncover a larger criminal organization that has been using the races as a front for their smuggling operations. In the final race, the group races against the young racer's team one last time. The stakes are high, and the group must use all their skills to win. In a dramatic finish, the group emerges victorious, and the young racer is revealed to be a protege of Johnny Tran, the villain from the first movie. Epilogue: The group reflects on the lessons they've learned and how far they've come since their early days of street racing. They decide to use their skills and experiences to help mentor the next generation of racers and keep the streets safe from criminal organizations like the one they just took down. Closing scene: We see the group driving off into the sunset, with a montage of clips from the first movie playing in the background. The movie ends with a dedication to Paul Walker, who played Brian in the original film and passed away in 2013.

The Supra was abandoned near the Mexican/US border. It is canon through the Turbo-Charged Prelude which explains the events in between the first and second movie. Personally I feel F&F 1-3 were the peak of the series, beyond that point I felt it got boring and repetitive reeeal quick. The other movies definitely have their moments (sometimes?) but outside of that I just found it really tiring and somewhat dumb how we went from theft and drug wars to saving the world with "Muh famli" lol The original trilogy of F&F felt like perfection, really good storytelling, the plots were interesting (mostly) and the action was a lot more believable than the shit in say.. Fast 8 and 9, beyond those 3 it started to just go over the top and it kinda sucked to see when the originals were quite.. "grounded" if that makes sense. If people like the newer movies then that's cool but I really have to ask why? I get that they're movies and all for entertainment but I preferred the theft, drug dealing and illegal drag racing over "This crazy person wants to take over the world and we have to stop them because family." That's not even mentioning how ever since Paul Walker's death the series has felt like a complete cash grab, don't even get me started on that.

So I asked ChatGPT to write me a script and here is what it came up with Fast and Furious: Pursuit of the Crown Opening scene: We see Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his crew in a high-speed chase through the streets of London. They are trying to retrieve a powerful artifact known as the Crown of King Henry VIII, which has been stolen from a museum by a group of international thieves. As they close in on the thieves, they are suddenly ambushed by a rival crew led by Cipher (Charlize Theron), who has been hired by a mysterious client to steal the Crown for herself. A wild car chase ensues, with the two crews racing through the city and causing chaos. After narrowly escaping Cipher's crew, Dominic and his team regroup and realize they need to find out who hired Cipher and what their ultimate plan is. They team up with Interpol agent Elena Neves (Elsa Pataky) and former enemy Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) to track down the client and stop them from using the Crown for evil. As they travel across the globe, from Tokyo to Rio to Dubai, they encounter a series of high-speed chases, death-defying stunts, and explosive action. Along the way, they face off against new enemies, including a ruthless arms dealer (Idris Elba) and a vengeful hacker (Rami Malek), who will stop at nothing to get their hands on the Crown. But as the team gets closer to their target, they realize that the stakes are higher than they ever imagined. The Crown has mystical powers that could change the course of history, and they must protect it at all costs. In the final showdown, Dominic and his team face off against Cipher and her crew, as well as their other enemies, in a thrilling race to retrieve the Crown and save the world from destruction. With their driving skills, bravery, and loyalty to each other, they emerge victorious, cementing their status as the ultimate family of fast and furious drivers. Closing scene: We see the team celebrating their victory, with Dominic and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) sharing a quiet moment as they reflect on all they have been through. As they drive off into the sunset, we know that they will continue to face new challenges and adventures, always sticking together as a family.

I’ve posted before. At this point I would go back and change the movies we already have. I would just change the ending I thought was fast X. But maybe there is a fast X part 2 now. Idk. But…….I would have ended the international stuff in F9, sipher (or however you spell it) is caught, Dom gets back his mysterious brother no one ever knew about for 8 movies. And on to F10. F10 reverts back to its roots except now the team are the good guys. It’s hinted in another movie that Dom created Race Wars back in the day. So Race Wars is having a big anniversary year. Dom finds out that someone is going to try and steal a bunch of cash or make a big drug sale or something. So the main part of the movie is tracking them down and ultimately stopping them fro ruining race wars. Then in the final scene when everyone is happy, Dom pulls up to the lights in a challenger, and next a Supra pulls up next to him. Dom smiles and the lights turn green, the cars launch………..and the credits roll. They don’t even need cgi to show Paul’s face, just have the Supra roll up and do a close up of Dom smiling and gripping the wheel. Everyone will know it’s meant to be Brian.

So the original idea for Tokyo Drift, was supposed to be a spin off that was only related to the original two movies by virtue of still being a street racing movie. Two things that happened at that time were Vin Diesel make another movies like XXX and Riddick. And because of that, they weren’t sure if they could even get Vin Diesel to be in the movie so they decided to film the whole movie without him which is why he’s not in the movie. Towards the end of production Vin Diesel said hey I still want to be in the movie guys and you guys did offer me a part in the movie true add make it happen. Teylor made it happen by having Dominic up here at the very last scene in the movie and that’s why it gets to be considered in the timeline. Also, I’m pretty sure that half of the riders for fast and furious four never watched Tokyo drift because they would’ve realize that Han was dead and making him a lie means that you fuck up the timeline and because everyone’s using early ass flip phones in Tokyo. It still doesn’t make sense being technically the sixth movie in the timeline. I know I’m not counting on the possibility that Tokyo jus happened to be in a country, wide old ass, technology phase.

The original storyline about street racers who fund their racing by stealing electronics is then completed, though in a movie that doesn't make a whole lot of sense (who in the FBI is hiring a disgraced cop who no only let their mark go but also provided them the car to do so?), and the other movies can exist as the dumb generic action films made for people who didn't watch the ones that featured car culture without being pure disappointment for never delivering what the title promises.
