Kirsty is right in saying pineapple buns are simply a crumbly biscuity mixture on top of buns, a classic Hong Kong bread, pretty sure you can get them in Chinatowns in UK too!

just fyi, european sodas uses cane sugar to.. learnt that the expensive way when i bought a 10 euro mexican coke and it tasted the exact same with 99% same ingredieatants as a swedish coke ...

Went to Shu Jiao back in 2023 and it was so yummy! There is a place nearby as well that makes mochi donuts and I got obsessed eating those!
