Those Turkey legs look OFFICIAL man! You won't believe this but I have about 8 Turkey recipe videos on my channel, and I've only smoked one! That was a whole bone-in Turkey Breast. Not only that, but I've never done a wet brine one Turkey either, only dry brines! You've made me want to do some smoked joints now man, those look off the chain. Good stuff as always.
