All of them were cool. I think the outdoors spaces available are a big component for renters. One could do a lot with all of the places presented today. You guys have really good variety of choices for different budgets. And in a studio..bed area usually gets put as close to the bathroom. And theirs a lot of ways to blend in the bdrm to the living rm. Doesn't have to be spendy..just the way it's arranged and blending of colors. So Cash you were correct in your layout 😊

$8K/month for that cubicle on Prince St and you can barely walk through the hallway into the galley kitchen? Also, queen beds in those bedrooms and not much else? Nuh-Uh... a hard "no". Of course, Charles comes through with that $3400/month apartment in SoHo! (He has to make up for that last entry) I LOVED THE BATHROOM IN THAT UNIT!!! That $2600/month studio (and in SoHo?) is an OPPORTINITY--especially if one doesn't cook often! That works! The last one $2650/month studio was nice and spacious too for a NYC studio. My only hesitation with that one is that it is on the ground floor. Overall... Charles has redeemed himself. (sighs of relief) All is well and as it should be again...
@taylorlibby76422 жыл бұрын
Last one was below street level, but I don't think SOHO has had the same flooding problems as the rest of the city recently. Always nice to have more than one entrance, especially in a studio!

I wonder what kind of jobs that these people are doing to be able to afford these apartments. I think they say that you have to make 10 times the monthly rent. I definitely would not want to live with strange people and especially how mental illness is on the rise. The second apartments bedroom was so small and no window. People are just so desperate to live in the city. The studio was a nice size and sunny, but $2600 is insane. The bottom apartment was really nice.

A bedroom needs a window in case of a fire in the apartment to escape from it. Without a window it's a death trap of the fire right out the bedroom door.
