I've always loved the F-Body Camaro and Firebird and what started this obsession is walking by a white LT1 Trans Am as a kid. About 25 years ago I remember this very car sitting in a driveway near my house and imagining that one day I'd own one. I ended up owning 3 including my current 2001 white WS6 Trans Am and I was shocked to find this car so many years later rotting away in the backyard of the same house. I thought he sold it 10-15 years ago but no, it's just rotting away. I finally ran into the owner and he is the nicest guy and let me wash the car for the first time in forever. Enjoy some extreme satisfaction!

It’s always so satisfying to see the dirt and grime wash off an abandoned vehicle. I think it would be nice to see you bring that one back from its slumber and get it going for the owner…who seems like a nice chap. Change the fluids, do the maintenance needed to return it to road duty…and then detail the heck out of it. Would make for some cool content and would be an incredibly nice thing to do for your neighbour…and fellow car guy.

The reason you knew about those cars in your area was because you did "see" them, but you never found the time to get to know/chat with the owners was because you were busy/doing your thing!!! Living your life, chasing your dreams (love+Wife+fast rides=Kids), finding yourself (KZbin) and just have never really stop to look and chat until now.. Which there's nothing wrong with that, think of it as "coming to the party late" and "the neighbor guys were still there waiting for ya to show up"! They say "time flys when you're having fun"!! Pretty cool!! Very noble thing! Make it run, and give it a good "speed buff" and service! Car guy/gals regardless of generational views/age always have shared a common ground/love/passion for which brings them around each other!

I grew up 5-6 blocks from LSC home base on a nearby O street. If u went to catholic schools, we probably went to same schools (I’m probably 15 yrs older). I just found your channel and I love it ! I’m obsessed and can’t stop bingeing. For real. 👍🏻💯

Awesome!! I too have an arctic white 97 WS6 (get the hood) I've been fighting for a while! Always been into these cars.. my dad had a 77 T/A now a built 05 GTO 454/5 LSX. I TRIED FOR YEARS TO FIND ONE, almost got a nice 91 formula but couldn't afford it. Eventually I did find my jewel! Putting a fuel pump in soon and should be back on the road.. very cool! P.S. THE 97 WS6 HOID WAS THE BEST.... THE LATER LS IS VERY MENACING THOUGH, BUT it had to be, because the 97 WS6 hood was SOOOOOO beautiful of a predecessor

Would love more Trans Am content. Both LT and LS. Maybe even a LS swap into the LT car. Just saying 😂.

Yes that car is my dream. I am a sucker for Trans Ams. My aunt had a 1980s Trans Am got brand new. She sold it three months ago then passed away shortly after. The guy that bought it bring to the funeral and asked the family if he got lead the funeral perception. Since he know how much she loved that car. She was 85 when she passed. She always keep that car show room ready always keep in the garage.

Ugh as good as the 98-02 tail light assembly looked, as the 93-97 yrs have aged, the original tail lights should go back in this car. Definitely never thought growing up seeing these cars now in days would be a rare sight
