Great video, love seeing people fix up and reuse computers/laptops to give them new lives. I used to build second-hand computers with miscellaneous parts (mainly CPUs) I'd get from my dad's work. It's just fun tinkering around, doing research, buying parts and seeing it all fit together. Definitely keeping tabs on your channel, keep up the good work!

I agree, working on second-hand PCs are honestly one of the most fun things I can think of, trying to figure out compatibility and making something a little more powerful or efficient than what it once was. My next few videos should hopefully be kinda like that. Not so much the one I should be releasing in a few days but, you will see what I mean :) Regardless I am glad you will be watching my content from here on out, I promise you won't be won't be disappointed for what is in store!

very cool pickups, I do stuff like this as well I find out whats wrong with each and see if it's worth fixing if not I send it to my recycler then the ones that are worth repairing get fixed and posted on eBay.

Managed to snatch 3 laptops my school was about to throw out (the landlord was ok with it as long as I delete sensitive data). Was able to use for parts, as 2 weren't working. The working one went to my bro

Super interesting! I bought a second hand P51s not too long ago and restored it (had some bad ram, tiny ssd, no battery) and use it for light gaming (I don't mind having graphics settings on "Low") and my studies. With a new external battery the thing easily clocks in at 10 hours+ when doing basic web browsing, slightly less when gaming. They're great laptops!

I feel like things have a tendency to find me. I fix up a lot of small engine equipment. Everywhere I go people have something that can be fixed at little material cost. I love giving them back in working condition when I was essentially gifted the tools. When it's not family, friends or someone who could use them I sell them as-is (but fixed) well below market value. I do this to get them back in circulation and clean out my garage.

The laptops are honestly from my perspective an amazing workstation, I use an old desktop (i5 3470). I suggest you run a game like Roblox which is C.P.U intensive and not G.P.U reliant, like the Dell Latitude 3590 and the Lenovo Thinkpad P51S

Arsenal: TF2 inspired (check Rolve Group for TF2 ) There is a lot of indie and amazingly good looking games ont the platform which even run for me !
