When Mike first starts talking about people with a Frankenstein build, he looks like he's about to find someone in the gym as an example 😂😂

Love how u explain posture, people are concentrated on muscle connection but if the posture is held the contraction is better. Another quality video Mike 💪🏼

When I use a machine I try to become a part of the machine and use a smooth rhythm. I tell people if you had a machine, like a car, and it was jerking you would instantly think there was something wrong with it and take it in for repair.

It took me a second but from what I gather he's saying people are doing this in two separate motions a part one and a part two. From what I gather he's saying do this in one fluid motion from the beginning of the range to the end instead of pausing in the middle

When I'm warming up, I'll do a couple of reps doing the two-stage movement just to get myself dialed into the feeling. Working sets are one fluid movement. It works for me to start the connection, even if I do look stupid.i have been working really hard on my head placement after your videos, and it makes a crazy difference

I have been doing this exercise wrong, and I really thought I was doing it right. I had been doing it by pulling my scapula together and then pulling the cable. I only started this exercise a month ago, so I feel relieved that I have now seen this video and will try my best to take on your advice. Thanks for making your excellent videos.
