I have been implementing your style of working out to my routine,Open palm, and scooping has made such a difference on my bi-cep workouts. On chest i use your sliding technique on pec - flies what a difference. I can talk about back but you get the point. Thanks bro you don't know how valuable the gems you drop are. "The Pump Don't Lie" that's how I know it's working. There's a slogan for you on a T- shirt, "The Pump Don't Lie".

It makes so much sense. I’ll have to pay attention to that. I think I do some of that but I’m not sure, but I will pay attention to it. Unfortunately, My Gym does not have a lot of those machines which is really bothering me. as far as the Tricep exercise, I do that the only difference I do is I push away from me instead of down I find I get more activations that way, but thank you for the advice. I’ll definitely be paying attention to it.

Hey Mike, I’ve been trying for some time now but I can’t seem to get a pump in my chest, I’ve done heavy weight low reps & low weight high reps but nothing seems to work. I.e. rest pause, cluster, super sets..

Out of curiosity: how do you feel about rest periods? You seem to super set or giant set a lot. So you just try to keep a pump going? Or do you rest the way these science guys tell you to?

I’ve always done bench press and Dumbells for chest, for the first time on Saturday I thought I’d give the converging chest press a try to see what the activation was like, and I can’t believe I actually did the technique Mike has demonstrated I didn’t mean to,I tried gripping it first as normal but didn’t feel right to me I felt by using this grip with the wrist flexion I could manipulate the travel of the press a little bit which took out some front delt activation, but tips like these of Mike are priceless and it’s the difference between great and elite at lifting
