in the carby there should be some little holes called jets that will most likely be clogged up. Air compressor thru them should solve ya dramas!

Definately worth pulling apart the carby and cleaning it properly, I bought a 25 year old bike that hadn't been started in a few years and the carby was real bad, cleaned it up with new fuel started straight away

Behind the carby there is two little vents if they are jammed shut try and open them then put the carby back on and it will start up I had heaps of them there good fun

Check the lines into the gas tank they might be clogged or dry rotted and not sucking any gas I had this happen to my sons and that was the problem

I had the exact same bike when I was younger haha, and till this day I sill have the engine in my room but I got a single tip exhaust

They have brass jets running two stroke oil they always block. Clean the jets

Can someone help me I have a pocket bike too and it won’t start I cleaned the carby and the air filter and it won’t start it only starts when I throttle and when I stop throttle it dies can Lanny body help me and when I turn the gas switch off it still leaks a little bit from the drain screw on the carby can someone please help me?

Mate they run great with an AVGas two stroke mix, I mean it, they fly. And there should be two wires., You need to connect one to the kill switch and the other to an earth on the motor the earth usually has a looped end connector so you can put a bolt through it. They need to be connected to run. Also the magneto/flywheel could be dirty, or the sensor may have too much gap, they are both behind the spigot sprocket under the front gearbox cover. A pain to get the flywheel off without a puller to get to the sensor though. I do think it is the wiring but, so try to sort that out anyway. My daughter bought a cheap Chinese made pocket bike for the grandson (almost identical to yours) & it is the biggest pile of poo I have ever seen. It looked smick but it had a Bent misaligned frame straight out of the box. No, not damaged in transit, it was built that way & it cost her an extra $200.00 to get it straightened (not so cheap anymore). The lousy importer gave her nothing and cried poor saying he can't afford to because he only makes $20.00 profit per bike, Boo Hoo. But amazingly it did start first go & continues to run like a dream to this day, but it's still a Pig of a thing..
