Honestly back up your important files and wipe that hard drive. Virus scans are not 100%, and a full reset is the only way to be sure you don't have any more malware.

I’ve kept a close eye on it, and it seems ok. I’ve used Norton, Malwarebytes and HitmanPro to full scan the system, so I’m confident it’s ok for now.
