It always look like that from a distance, the camera is kept in a lower position too When I measure my height and go back I also think I’m taller but I check again and it’s the same

@@minidora7981 No, because she stops doing them which is why her height goes back to the previous one. If you do stretching for a longer period of time, it can help you to be a little taller but you definitely won't grow taller it will just be because your compressed muscles will be decompressed.

This is not scientifically possible to get this much difference past 18 years the bones stop growing only posture increase which might contribute a little increase but not this much

just wait til you get to be 40 and find out you shrank. i recently was looking through the patient portal thing from when i went to the hospital and found out i have lost nearly an inch in height. i used to be 5'3.5" (and believe me... that .5 was important to me xD dammit) ... and now it says i am 5'2.46". *sigh*

Also as to older folks not being tall... idk about women. My elderly aunt is veerrrry tall. But I have heard that taller men are more likely to get heart issues and die younger. So that could be part of it. Case in point my very tall 6'3" boyfriend already has found out he has a heart condition. so it could actually be the case i guess. tall guys need to get their heart checked and catch that stuff early!
