1 thing people forget when they speak about heart disease, that is pollution in environment. We made this heart disease by our own lifestyle and environment and so we die because of it. Stent can only give us TEMPORARY relief but never actually helps us recover, blockage will appear after stenting.

I became the strongest person emotionally as I wanted to make sure to take care of my dad who had dilated cardiomyopathy. He lived for 13 years after been diagnosed with it. I made him stop smoking, controlled his diet a little bit, daily walking for a hour or two, etc. I lost my my dad suddenly by cardiac arrest. I felt low in the covid phase as me and mom were shocked due to the things happening suddenly. I hope all are made aware of cpr. When my dad got cardiac arrest, I was not at home and the doctor came after 10-15 minutes. Sudden deaths hurt a family a lot. Friends and family should support in the low phase. I hope heart health is a topic that most people will focus upon as it is crucial.

The last part of the video of 4Ms is very misleading. The rise of heart attacks primarily is caused by rise of sugar intake among the young population. Human beings today eat almost 200 times the sugar that our ancestors ate just 200 years ago. Sugar is the only dietary stuff that has been proven to cause plaque formation in the arteries which leads to heart disease. The greatest myth is the impact of cholesterol on heart disease. High Cholesterol has NO affect on heart. People from Japan who have meat like pork and seafood, three times a day , don't have any shred of heart disease. Indians not only eat high sugary food but also high sodium (salt) intake which is a double whammy. Eating malai won't give you heart attacks nor doesnt eating mutton but eating mithai probably would. Best is to sleep atleast 7 hrs regularly, your eating period should be between 8-12 hrs (i.e. the time between the first food you had in the morning and last one you had at night) , stay away from processed and packaged food and eat no more than 10mg of Sugar daily.

Vitamins and minerals play a great role. Low Hb due to lack of iron b12 zinc, refined carbohydrates are devoid of nutrition, eating grains without soaking for 8hrs which cause inflammation, lack of exercises, eating unhealthy vegetable oils cause inflammation. Whole grains like millets and pulses, fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy fats like ghee and coconut oil , eggs, full fat dairy should be consumed. Eating a meal without digesting the previous meal is very unhealthy. Min of 4 hrs between meals and min 12 hrs fasting, moderate exercise and taking good quality vitamin and mineral supplements keeps a person healthy.

He eats out everyday. I’ve noticed this in all young Indian men. They go to work and they eat that oily junk fried food at least once a day. It doesn’t matter if you go to the gym daily, all that gym work is wiped out if you eat a couple of fried samosas. That doctors 4M is also ridiculous misinformation. It’s clear he’s not a nutritionist and hasn’t kept up with current research. Not once did he mention sugar being the culprit. I understand he mentioned mithai. But people drink sugary sharbat chai 3 times a day, sugary soft drinks. Just cut out sugar and replace with stevia. Butter is actually very healthy for you if you don’t eat carbs with it. Mutton has more nutrition and is more healthy than eating chicken.

In private sector they hire for 8 hour but one have to work upto 12 hour. Salary is lowest possible so that one can service. This is the reason no one has time and money to focus on personal health and sleep. So these things will continue if our policy maker don't make policy for private sector and that policy should strictly follow.

@@hashimkhan7 The notion that breakfast is the most important meal of the day was propagated by the food industry. Think for yourself, our body functions based on millions of year of evolution. Do you think before the agricultural revolution (10,000 years ago) we used get up in the morning and eat? No, men used to go out and hunt all day, then they ate that hunt, probably in the afternoon and at times not eating for a few days if they didn't find something to eat. We were never meant to eat 3 full meals and multiple snacks. We're never giving our digestive system a break. And the body is continuously producing insulin to keep the high amounts of glucose in check. Read on it more. We've been living in a myth that our body won't function if don't eat every few hours. Learn more about fasting and the biological and mental benefits it bring. Good luck.
@aman.2912
@aman.2912 2 жыл бұрын
@@hashimkhan7 And it's also healthy because by fasting (skipping breakfast) you're changing the biochemistry of your body. Now the body doesn't have to create extra insulin. You sugar remains in check. You start to lose fat, because your body is using fat to fuel itself. There many more benefits if you search for it on youtube.

I am 31 unmarried, slim with no hypertension, diabetes, family history or any Chronic disease. I always avoided oily and spicy food. I had 2 heart attacks ,last one approx 1 month ago n was admit for 5 days. But the surprise was there was no any blockage seen in my angiography reports and the most surprising things my Echo 2D is all normal but there is Abnomality in t wave is being seen in my ecg. Doctors were very confused. I consulted many Cardiologist. Lastly I came to know that I suffered Coronory Spasm which can happen with anymore n even at rest. Later I realised my mistek. Mistek no 1. 1. Over Stress ( jobloss in panadamic) 2. Improper sleep with no proper titming( due to gf n all😂). I used to sleep around 5 hrs only or even less sometimes. 3 skipping my breakfast. Direct lunch at 1 or 2Pm 4. Smoking but was rare. 5. No any exercise. So atlast now my conclusion is Phle jindgi then anything else. I personally find over plannig and over expectations are the main reasons which I Did. 🙏🏼 Tc u all Sign n symptoms I faced. Actually I didn't come to know in my 1st attack. Indigestion+vomiting+ left shoulder pain+ suddent cold sweat+ numbness in fingers n palm area . I took pain medicine. Later on Dr told me that that my 1st attack. I am on hangout 😁

It's scary but if your genetics aren't good even if you maintain a very healthy lifestyle you are very much at risk. Recently few months ago a footballer (generally athletic people are known to be very fit and they maintain a very healthy lifestyle) got a cardiac arrest. Upon investigation it was found it's cause of his genetics.
