I used to enjoy a 7am breakfast of fried rice, chicken, vegetables & ginger while sitting looking out to the Andaman Sea, in Phuket. A mother & daughter operated a small kitchen out on the rocks, the tranquility was just something else. I knew I was living the dream in those moments.

Lovely looking breakfast there, you’re right there is no steadfast rule as what you should eat and when. Working nights I eat my dinner at random times. At least they explained why the temple banned women, but have seen it now and like the others was breathtaking. Thailand certainly seems a magical place.

There has been a conditioning in the UK for many a few years now that we should eat toast, cereal or fry up for breakfast, and certain other things for lunch and evening meal.
