The label clearly says “100% organic cotton CORE” the polyester and other things are in the string and plastic applicator. Just read the damn label!

Cora, also makes a menstrual disc. I think that would be better for you and that the tampons themselves being tampons is the problem

It says 100% cotton CORE. The core is the center. The question is what is it encased in.

The trick of marketing - only the word before matters. 100% organic... Then also cotton. But then when people get wise to that they pivot to 100% of the cotton is organic! Marketers for women's products should be drawn and quartered.
