The scary thing is she's still getting better! There's a noticeable difference not just in vocals but in stage presence between what's captured on the rep tour film and the Era's tour. Frankly she looks more comfortable in the middle of a full stadium than most acts of that size. Doubly impressive in that while she's obviously got a backing band, vocalists and dancers she's still mainly a solo act with the stage show adding to the performance rather than actually *being* the show so for a lot of the time it's just her in the spotlight. Gotta say, as a mostly rock and metal fan, right now there aren't many who can own a crowd the way she can (and you can make a pretty damn strong argument that she's at the very top of that particular ranking).

People don't understand that Taylor is able to hit so many different 'notes'. Her Reputation Tour performances are stunning & powerful. Her Folklore Long Pond Sessions are enthralling with deep dives. Her 1989 songs are always great bops. Her Lover album is so fun and heartwarming. Each album brings wonderful songs to jive to or sink quietly into. Hope you continue to explore her catalog.

Yes, I also think people just underappreciate female singers that are altos. Unless a female singer is hitting incredibly high notes, most people do not brand them as an "impressive" or "good" singer. Taylor's vocals at the start if her career were not the best, but she has grown into her voice and makes music to fit her vocal range now. The Long Pond Studio sessions were incredible, and as a soprano I am envious of her low notes in those sessions (and just in general).

Hey Lee! We just met on Ginx Reacts live stream. Taylor is feckin' insanely good. I come from a rock/metal/gothic background and I love her. I found her through my 20 years old daughter who is a huge fan of her. She usually has a very good taste in music. She went to concerts with me and stuff. So one day I thought, well maybe I should check out some Taylor Swift. What I found was, that she not only is an amazing performer and entertainer, but also an amazing songwriter and really a poet.
