That chicken box was not missing her beak! You put your scissors up in her head and through that hole, making her beak and her 'comb'! The 2 white things in the front are to put your thimbles on and the iron sticks are for the sewing thread or bobbins. Wings are pincussions. So vintage! Oh, and the white flat cow plate was a little cheese board!

I was surprised to see the comp for the cow plate. I really thought it was probably missing a cloche. The wood bobbly seat cushions are for a car. I don't know about nowadays, but a while ago some people, mostly taxi drivers, used seat covers made of little wood balls. Sort of like scholl massuer sandles.

FYI.. at 20.08 in the video, the hole in the duck/bird is where you put scissors. They go point down through the head of the wood duck/bird to make a beak for it.

Hi, I think this is the first time I’ve watched one of your videos all the way through, but you do look familiar lol… I really enjoyed the fun things you picked up and I would’ve picked them up too!… I don’t use velvet hangers for myself for the exact same reason, but I use them definitely for my reselling cause I sell a lot of clothing and they’re so helpful to keep things positioned correctly on the hanger when photographing… Also, is this good will always so sparsely stocked… I’m so used to seeing Goodwill’s piled with stuff that you can barely look through it… See you again soon happy new year!🎉

The ‘beaded’ seat cushions I think are to provide some air in between the person and the seat, to help avoid too much perspiration. I’ve never tried them so i don’t know how well they work.
