This is my second favorite country song of all time, and as always, ‪@HomeFreeGuys‬ absolutely knocks it out of the park! I enjoyed this reaction so tremendously, it genuinely brought so much life into my tired teacher soul. They kept it basic when it needed to be, and also knew exactly when to bring in some fancy changes to the original piece. A masterclass in acapella perfection, and IMO their most underrated cover so far. If you know of any other covers you think are UNDERrated, let me know, I'd love to take a dive into some of their lesser known catalogue!
As always, make sure you:

Oh no I can hear it but Home Free's volume is low. Of course I'm here to see how you react to it. Now that you've watched this one do Colder Weather Lapse Live it's actually funny lol They released Workin for a Living done in '82 by Huey Lewis and the News it has the movie Anchorman vibe. It is funny and very, very good and a mind BLOWING part. Have a great weekend.

You have to see Colder Memory Lapse. Disclaimer though, you are never going to be able to hear this song (even the original Home Free one) without smirking. But Stacy's right, it is pretty good. Plus, this was pre Chance, so you get to hear a slightly different arrangement.

Maybe my hearing is just off, but I'm pretty sure that they just double-layered Austin at "When you're in the lost and found", because I have listened to it over and over again, but especially the twang sounds an awful lot like Austin and also Chance isn't singing words in the video at that point

Agreed that this is in among my absolute favorite covers they've done The softness with Rob, the amazing baritone by Chance, Tim's bass lines, Adam's amazing beat boxing. And AUSTIN KICKING IT OUT OF THE ARENA with his voice!!! That man's tenor is the best. I absolutely LOVE his voice. I grew up in a singing family (I myself am adopted and am so jealous lol) and appreciate their harmonies. Like, they are on another LEVEL with the harmonies they produce. Mind blowing. I end up like you, just sitting there with my eyes closed, enjoying the blend of their voices so much. Great reaction too! I appreciate that you were dead tired but still chose to do this reaction. It paid off eh! Looking forward to more Home Free (and voice play!) reactions! Thank you!

First of all I want to say I always enjoy your reactions. Having someone who really understands acapella react is refreshing because you have pointed out many things that I missed. My only suggestion would be that you work on the levels between your volume and the music volume. It seems like the video volume is always very quiet and I have to crank up the volume to hear the music and then when you comment it is very loud. Again this is 100% constructive criticism. I love your Channel. But I know as a musician that people telling you everything is perfect all the time doesn't really help. You want to hear honesty so you can get better. Keep it up. You're doing great.

If you really want to back ground for these and a lot of acapella groups, Sing Off is the place to look. Season 2, 3 and 4 are awesome. You can see Chance in his original group Street Corner Symphony in Season 2. Vocal Play is there two. Pentatonix in Season 3 and Home Free with their original member now where Chance sits was with them. It was just the best show of all us choirs nerds. Sad it no longer is on but well worth watching every thing you can get and tons of video content to react to.

It's a beautiful song .Sung by a very talented group. Love your reaction, and learn alot from them. Thank you. Just a comment not criticism, but if video volume was up just a little would be better able to hear what you are pointing out.

I love your reactions to all your videos the only problem I have is your volume is always so low on the videos that you can barely hear them singing and at times you can't hear them at all.
