Where I am adding up is a new elevation for what is often the same repeated damage. Say a hail storm hit three sides of a house like they often do. I will grab a window, siding and such from each elevation in my mind to "justify" the associated line items for that particular side. is this going overboard for repeated damages?

USAA wants a pic of every damaged roof vent. Those pics add up quickly.

Yes always do as they ask. But the baseline photos will suffice for most carriers and claims. Tell the story!
