I've had them in a big community tank but it's about time to get them in separate enclosure for breeding . It is nice to have a clean looking setup so it looks nice in the room . I know this is a old video but the tank you said had two baby's and a egg actually has three baby's and a egg. you can for a brief moment see them from 6:56-6:58. its easier if you use 0.25 times speed because it moves away fast right as you were lifting the wood piece. I hadn't seen anyone in the comments say anything so wanted to mention it.
@Reptiliatus Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Many people have shared this but the animal that actually scurries away is one of the adults. It’s tricky to spot because the substrate is the same colour but if you look to the right of the wood you can see the body move and much larger. ☺️

Ngl Ive been wanting crocodile skinks but have shied away from keeping them cause of the water feature and not wanting to have loud water filters running all the time. Since I like keeping my animals in my office to give me that little kick of serotonin whenever I get too stressed working. WOW congratulations!!! These are stunning! I live in Ontario Canada. I'm pretty sure you too are Canadian, eh? Would you ever sell a crocodile skink? As for your question of the day, I would need 2 racks to answer the question fully. The 1st rack would be to rehouse the 6 bearded dragons that I already own. You see, I'm a disabled person and enclosures like that would make my life so much easier! The second rack, I would buy a crocodile skink from you, a gargoyle gecko ive been eyeing at my local reptile store, as well as adopt and foster more bearded dragons from my local reptile rescue! I have a knack with special needs beardies and have helped them out in the past. They are also getting pretty crowded, so, I would love to help them out. Does the company that you talked about make enclosures big enough for adult beardies? I do warn you, one of my beardies is part German Giant and is 18 inches from snout to tail! Thanks and praise!

Hi, what an amazing video, only one question, tribolonotus gracilis and tribolonotus novaeguineae can reproduce them? For example, a male tribolonotus gracilis and a female tribolonotus novaeguineae, could have a baby? And if it is possible, what specie would be the baby?

Looks great. Two mininor things. Move the lights further to the vavk as the back part of the enclosures are dark. Also, it's unfortunate they did not send you lower enclosures as it seems to be a waste of space since the skinks are ground dwelling. Other then that looks awesome! Any idea when the young will be available?

Thanks for the heads up! I actually have 5.0 uvb fixtures that’ll help illuminate the back portions of the walls soon. I’m just doing one row for now to make sure the temperatures stay safe and don’t get too hot for now since led + t5 can generate decent heat and crocodile skinks don’t like too much of that! Yea, that’s why I added some small palms to the taller two habitats. Hoping they’ll grow in more and fill the height a bit over time! For now, the babies won’t be available, sorry. I’ll consider selling some in a few months or when they are hardier and a bit larger in size.

I'd love to have a set up of Leap habitats for my Geckolepis Maculata aka Fish Scale Gecko families I have. I was actually looking at their habitats the other week and would love to get some eventually and some for the Crested Geckos as well.
