Second this as well. Partly narrated videos are so nice. You don't have to get in on the other (popular) KZbin trends. I think most of us really appreciate you getting slammed in a Nuzlocke, but I can understand how the funding and sponsorship appeasement can also pull you from that content. I'd say I like your choice. Nuzlocking content is great with all the other hams that get bodied is funny and all, but your deep dive, in depth gameplay sets you apart from most. There's nothing wrong with sticking to your roots. And i commend you choosing quality over quantity.

I'm not a twitch person, I'm a youtube person. I like the condensed stuff, I don't have it in me to spend five hours looking at nothing because at some point something will happen. And I think this video and you have made me confront the fact that I really like to watch streams condensed into youtube format, and what that implies. I like consuming thousands of hours of nothing condensed into the few moving moments where something is happening, and that isn't reasonable, it really isn't. I'm still really looking forward to what type of stuff you'll make in the future though, including how your twitch streams go. I don't know if you've considered it, or don't really like them much, but there are some interesting fan games out there, like Zeta/Omicron, and Insurgence, they include delta Pokémon, which were something featured in the card game, an example would be a grass type snorlax. Refreshing seeing a creator break down what they can do to improve. Leaves me motivated to work hard as well this year 💪🏻

Two Things! 1. You should duo stream on KZbin if that’s an option 2. Imagine Pokémon showdown for nuzlockes. Purifying the game down to its keynotes. Gym Leaders and unskippable fights etc. Rolling all the encounters and letting you build a team for a fight and fighting it in showdown at level cap. Basically making a nuzlocke in showdown through using fights, team building and could have any game and conditions. I think this could make the quality of nuzlocke players improve. Can’t wait what to see happens in 2024!

I think it's normal to change things up as time passes for sure. Definitely do what makes you happy/is best for you. I love seeing how far you've come over the last few years, even if you aren't happy with everything that came out this year, your content overall has been so much better and you just seem like, in a better mood/friendlier/happier which I like too.

figure your youtube situation out my guy, it's insane, it seems you're just throwing your channel away willingly!

pChal is a more fitting name for the channel anyways. Here’s to a great 2024!

excited to get more of your nuzlocke content!! maybe this year i'll be able to catch a stream. i hope you keep doing recaps/commentaries of other people's nuzlocke attempts too, though. i really enjoy getting your insight into why a run failed or how they could have approached it differently.

Content Idea: Smallant once tried to beat Pokemon Emerald with a mod that causes the worst possible RNG (IVs, crits, misses, flinches, evasion, etc.) I've been curious if it's possible to do a Hardcore Nuzlocke of Emerald with this insane handicap.

Great Work! I noticed that you didnt post too many of your nuzlock recaps. And that was really what I watched you for and found myself not clicking on your videos/not watching them through all the way. Cant wait to watch your next recap!
