I have been practicing this method almost daily since I learned it from a 70-year-old master.
RECIPE Bread with condensed milk.
150 ml warm milk.
1 chicken egg.
Mix everything well.
65g sugar.
6g salt.
5 g dry yeast.
Mix everything together.
Sift 300 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 40g softened butter.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough has risen a little.
Fold the dough like I did.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Repeat folding the dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.
For the filling:
95g soft butter.
Beat with a mixer.
25g sugar.
Mix everything well.
Add 65g condensed milk.
Mix everything together.
Place the filling in a piping bag.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Place the filling on half of the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Make 4 slits in the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Place the rolling pin in the baking pan.
The size of my mold is 22*11*5 cm.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Beat the chicken egg.
1 tablespoon milk.
Mix everything together.
Spread the bread with a mixture of chicken egg and milk.
Put the filling on the bread.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Melt the remaining filling in the microwave.
Spread on hot bread.
The bread turned out very fluffy!
This bread is incredibly soft!
Very tasty sweet bread!
It's impossible to tear yourself away!
