Just a little tip on thermo dynamics. Surrrface area releases heat. spread your food out between plates, make a hole in the middle and eat around the edges, one bite deep.

If they allow it, I'd use salsa over the eggs and toast instead of pancakes. Salsa is great over cheesy eggs and you can soak the toast in the gravy to soften it up. Still, GREAT job!

Great job on that. I saw at 9 minutes the empty plates. Then you brought in the pancakes. WoW. Must have been difficult to eat those after sitting 10 minutes. Then to eat dry making it more difficult. At least for me, Pancakes need to be hot to melt butter and add syrup. Nice job.

Ketchup on eggs is sacrilege to me, otherwise you went with a good option even heavy IMO.
