Absolutely no way that was just 2tbs of butter! That looked closer to a half stick. Those onions were literally swimming in the middle of an ocean of butter! And yes, I know there was 2tbs of oil too, and I see that it is definitely a smaller frying pan. Not complaining about the recipe, it looks amazing and I will definitely try it, but some folks who aren’t as experienced in cooking are gonna fall short on this recipe. Love your videos/recipes, btw! Just found your channel this evening and have been binge watching and filling out my grocery list for this coming week! ❤️
