The sauce makes this broccoli cauliflower casserole so tender and flavorful! Recipe and ingredients:
3 potatoes. Boil until tender.
Cauliflower 300g. Boil soft for 10 minutes.
Broccoli 300 gr.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Add broccoli to the cauliflower.
Boil 5 minutes.
Boil vegetables until soft.
olive oil
Butter.
fry onion.
Add carrots.
We mix.
We prepare the sauce.
butter 40g
flour 2 tbsp.
Make medium fire.
Dissolve flour in butter while stirring constantly.
Chicken broth 250ml.
Cook.
Cream 10-15% fat.
Mix well.
Cheese 70-100 gr.
Have some cheese sprinkled on top.
Salt.
Dry Garlic.
Herbs of Provence.
mixing
In the oven /20 minutes/200С/400F/.
Dill. Garlic.
Mayonnaise 40 gr.
Yoghurt 40 gr.
Ketchup 40 gr.
mixing
The dish is ready!
